Frogbox

Recently used Frogbox to package up my stuff for a move. Have used them before and as always, amazing experience. Prompt pick-up and delivery, no hidden fees, great service, and makes the move so much easier.

My wife and I saw Frogbox on Dragons Den. I am so happy we chose them. The entire process from booking to pickup was easy. I will use them again.

We LOVED using FROGBOXES. I absolutely hate moving, and they made it so much easier. The people were so nice and helpful, ordering was easy, delivery and pick-up were quick and simple. Not only was it easier to pack, but I felt that our belongings were safer. I would never move without FROGBOXES again.

I would recommend using Frogbox - makes life so much easier! Very courteous and efficient service, delivering and picking up on time, and very friendly guys. The boxes themselves are so useful as they stack when closed, and stack into each other when empty. They're super-easy to handle and it makes the move much easier, which saves money if you're paying movers. I would use Frogboxes every time and have been recommending them to my friends.

I used Frog Boxes in my 1 bedroom move. The boxes are amazing and make packing almost a pleasure. They even have holes on either side that you can use to lock them with plastic ties or locks.

Deb, the delivery coordinator is prompt and professional and the boxes showed up clean and on time for both my orders and the guys that did the picked up were friendly, swift and professional.
The delivery guy (on the other hand) not so friendly. I tried to cheer him up with a generous tip but that didn't seem to work. He wasn't rude but I think he could use an attitude adjustment.
I would caution anyone to order more boxes than they think they need instead of having to place additional orders.
I would definitely recommend Frog Boxes and I would use them again, surly delivery guy and all.

I end up moving every couple of years for some reason and until Frogbox came along, that meant driving around trying to find boxes, saving them from work, and then having to break them down after and get rid of them - none of this easy, nor convenient. Frogbox has now made moving and unpacking so easy. They also have recommended moving companies which I also used and this move has to have been the best moving experience EVER!! Thank you! I will always recommend you.

Frogbox was an amazing option for us! I saw them on Dragons' Den a few years ago and hoped the business would succeed and it has. It is very sad that the founder of the company recently passed away. I am confident that he would be very happy with how his company has grown under the direction of others. We ordered too many boxes and Frog Box was very flexible about reducing our order without an extra charge. Great service.

I love the idea of environmentally friendly moving supplies. Getting these boxes made packing a breeze! Just wish you could order a smaller amount. Overall, I'm happy we decided to go reusable!

CAREFUL! Consider these points before renting!...
Staff friendly, punctual, professional. Loved the idea of reduce/reuse and donations to frog habitat (yeah) and boxes stack well.
Downsides: they have sharp edges. Placing them in top of wood furniture (as the movers did) and turning them on hardwood floors (as staff did when picking them up afterward) left deep scratches in my furniture and floor.
Second: I don't suggest renting them unless you are ready to unpack them in a hurry. If you have renovations/painting going on, suddenly there is a big pressure to unpack them. If I'd used cardboard, I could have unpacked them at my leisure.
Personally, I would not rent FrogBox again for these reasons.
