We had contracted for four entry door systems. In appearance, the doors were good and the locking mechanisms were of good quality, however any potential for good operation were lost due to improper installation. We were left faced with numerous problems: locks do not engage; doors are not well aligned; drastic air leaks at every door; lock systems not properly insulated which causes them to freeze in winter; door handles loose; paint blistering up; etc.
We have tried to have the owner come to repair the issues for over a year without success. Several repair appointments were made and he failed to show up. Clearly the company, though it may have a good looking product, knows nothing about door and lock installation.
We are now faced with having to get someone else in to repair or replace these doors.

After a detailed search for a reputable door manufacturer in the GTA, I found Al from Door Gallery. Al was great to work with and flexible to provide the style & look my wife and I were striving for with our new home.

The new fiberglass entrance system he manufactured is simply stunning! The quality of the materials used are second to none. I would highly recommend Al if you're considering a new door (fiberglass or otherwise).

Al was recommended by my brother. I called and set up an appt , shortly after Al came all the way to innisfill to measure and estimate project. For us it was important to have a custom door that would reflect the scope of our renovations. We wanted something unique and modern looking.
The result was simply amazing. Not only does the door look amazing! It is the best door I have ever seen.

Highest quality Canadian entrance doors.Our experience with Entry Doors was exceptional - on time, on budget, great quality and top notch installation! Nothing less than perfection would do for this install team! Worth every penny!!! They met all our expectations and I have no doubts that they will be my first chose in future.

This company is far from being high quality. The owner is more interested in making a buck than satisfying a customer.
We had to follow up inquiring when the door was going to be ready as it was beyond the estimation date. When the date for installation came, no one showed up. After several messages they finally sent someone out who installed the door incorrectly. Not to mention the finish was smeared and not enough stain was applied for a uniform finish. The door sweep was damaged and the handle did not function properly. Numerous follow up attempts to the office and owner were ignored or passed off by saying don't contact me after hours or before 10:00 am. Be forewarned. A huge waste of your valuable time and money. We are seeking legal action against this company.

Al came and quoted us two days after we called him. His price was extremely reasonable as we contacted a few companies prior. The door looks great, the lock is way more secure than our previous door. I would recommend him to my friends.

I had my front door installed two months ago. Al had his people install also a sliding patio door for us. I have not had any problems with either. The installer - Mohammed was very nice, clean and detail oriented. The product is great. We received timely and professional service. The price, from all the quotes we got from other competitors of the "Door Gallery", the best.
I would recommend Al to any of my friends. Great job!

We had a front door installed in 2011. The paint is starting to peel from the outside. We have been trying to contact Door Gallery for a repair, but no response yet. If they come through, I will report it.

UPDATE NOV/2014. Al Krafman never came through. Our door is peeling worse than ever. He says it's a one year warranty on factory applied paint!!!!
