I called Novak (the owner) to get an estimate to replace some vinyl siding and a downspout, which were damaged by a fallen tree limb during a windstorm. He responded and gave me an estimate promptly. He communicated exactly what would need to be done and came in at a much lower price than two other quotes. He sent a crew member over to conduct the repairs as soon as the weather co-operated. The work was completed efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend this company for any siding and eaves needs!!

I had my whole house Eavestrough replacement last year, Novak gave me full plan and reasonable quotation, after comparing 6 vendors, I chose Novak. They suggested adding new downspout. They came on time to execute the project. little leaking in one spot in first testing day, They came to fix after receiving my report quickly. In the meantime , they give me an extra pipe for free for my backyard. Came twice to send me a better pipe which they offer for free. EXcellent customer service. Out of my expectation!! They offer to drop a yearly lucky draw home depot gift card to my house. I did not know I was the winner until they sent me the drawing video. They are honest guys with great customer service. Really appreciate the quality of work done by Novak Aluminum with replacing a section of our damaged and aging garage gutters. Although it might be considered a relatively small project I felt it was really easy to talk to Novak about our needs and received a quote that was reasonable to us. Their professionalism would be the prime reason why we chose them. I also believe the end result was actually a better drainage solution because of their suggestion to combine the two gutters and relocate the downspout to a better area of the building. This straight forward attention to detail sets Novak apart from the rest. Highly recommend.

Saves time and is COVID friendly for everyone. He managed my expectations throughout the process and showed up as arranged.
