Excellent service! Gus came promptly, did a very thorough clean-up job of all of the branches and old leaves in our front and back yards, and charged a very reasonable rate. We are repeat customers and are very happy with his work.

They're regularly delivered on the service levels promised, and on the rare occasion when complications have arisen, they've been proactive in communicating with us and quickly remedying the situation.

I would stay away from this company. They're service is poor and they are unreliable. Gus the owner is full of excuses about missed service calls---everything from suffering from a bad back to "you're lawn doesn't need a cut this week."---Despite the fact you paid for it. He is not trustworthy. Google his company and you will find lots of unhappy customers.

I would also strongly caution against using this company. I spent four weeks trying to book a buytopia voucher, only to eventually realize that Gus had no interest in honouring it. There is no way to reach him directly, as he uses a secretarial service. Multiple emails went unanswered until I sent one from a separate account, and failed to mention the disounted voucher - this email was replied to immediately.

Not like other companies I hired in the passed, he bagged all the trimings and disposed of everything and made sure my lawn and proper was clean.
