The Handyman Frank No Longer In Business

Frank is a fantastic handyman! He arrives on time, works quickly through the list, and does a great job. On top of that, he also identified and fixed a few other minor things in my house . AND... he is a nice guy! We will probably see you again in a few months with a new list... Thanks Handyman Frank!

This was the first time I used The Handyman Frank and I have to say, he was FANTASTIC. I needed a handyman to remove and re-install faucets and drains because I was having granite countertops installed. I found The Handyman Frank on Homestars. He made the experience very easy. When I called, he usually answered right away, and if I had to leave a message, he called me back promptly. He was prompt for both of the appointments, took his shoes off, and didn't waste any time getting to work. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge about plumbing. Even though the reinstallation caused several problems in repositioning the drains, he resolved all of them. He has a solid work ethic, doesn't waste time, and was reasonably priced. He is a very personable and friendly person and was very respectful of my home.

Frank really knows his stuff when it comes to plumbing and provides a high quality service. I will definitely be calling him again for all my handyman jobs. Thanks, Frank!!!!

Worked on my basement renovation and did an excellent work. The price was very reasonable and the job was very clean. Very good attitude and advise was very sound.

Frank was excellent to deal with! We had a number of odd jobs for him to complete around the house (sanding and painting window and door frames, patching repairs to trim/walls, fixing a closet door, installing an access panel and replacing electrical outlets). Frank arrived on time, was professional and courteous and offered to help out with a fencing issue when I mentioned the post outside our house was an eyesore. We look forward to working with Frank again.

Frank arrived early in the morning, quickly prepared for the job, removed the old toilet and put it out for the garbage collection, installed the new one, checked with me to ensure the grab bar would be in the right location, and cleared up perfectly. He was completely professional, very efficient and excellent value. I would highly recommend him - 10 out of 10!!

Frank painted 2 exterior doors for us, changed 2 exterior light fixtures, installed house numbers and fixed 2 faucets that were leaking. Frank was on time, courteous and professional. He was able to source plumbing supplies to repair some old fixtures that we did not wish to replace as we are planning a renovation in the near future. We were pleased with his work and we would use his services again in the future.

Had a mold problem in my bathroom caused by the steam in the shower. Handyman Frank installed the fan to the roof of my house efficiently. There has been no mold since I scraped it off before the fan was put in.

We have a list of small jobs ranging from installing new bathroom fans, smoke detectors, light fixture to driveway gate repair. Frank arrived right on time and was very courteous and professional. He also went out of his way to find a motor for an old bathrooom fan. I am very satisified with his work and he left the place very clean. I absolutely recommend him to anyone and will hire him again for future handyman jobs. Thank you Frank!

Frank can be a tough guy to get a hold of because he's so busy. And I'm not surprised. Punctual, excellent workmanship and happy to give you some home repair tips, Frank knows his business.
Very creative approach to venting the bathroom that saved cutting a hole in the roof; who needs another opening in the "envelop". And very reasonalby priced.
I have no hesitation recommending Frank to anyone who needs a handyman.
