Zegarra Residential Inspections

Michael is very through, efficient, and easy to talk to. He responds to emails promptly and professionally. This is the first time I have worked with a home inspector. Michael's name/work came up from two co-worker friends that bought homes in the last 4 years (thus I took the recommendation). The summary walk through that Michael did with us was incredibly detailed, and easy to understand. He also answered a plethora of questions we had. It is very clear that Michael's knowledge in his field is extensive. Needless to say I was very impressed and plan to recommend Michael to all my friends, family, and co-workers!

We reached out to Zegarra to inspect a home and were extremely impressed with Michaels work. The attention to detail and the extra time he took to walk us through and communicate his observations and recommendations were exceptional and speaks loudly to his expertise and professionalism. We bought a house recently, and engaged Michael for his service. He is very patient, takes his time and does not rush us through his findings and recommendations for areas of improvements. He also provided us with a comprehensive inspection report the very next day, which has a detailed explanation of all his findings, and many pictures taken.

The inspector Mike did his job as per their assigned agreement. He was on time and patiently spent time after the inspection to go over the property to explain and provide a Q & A opportunity for us. My wife had some questions after reading over his report and Mike took the time to explain it to us. We are happy because he is patient and did not sound rush even thought he had another appointment.
