Drove came to take a few samples for asbestos testing. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. It was a quick, easy and painless process. He respected our space and adhered to all safety measures. I'd definitely recommend Drove to anyone seeking asbestos testing.

had some mold in the attic so I sent in a request on their website. They called me in less than 24 hours and on a Saturday. was able to set things up for an agreed upon date and time. They were able to accommodate a small request I had for a time change as well. Came on time, worked quickly, quietly, kept everything clean, didn't cause any disruptions or damage, gave me a full report and answered my questions after. No issues, happy with the service all around. Friendly, professional and clean. Good job!

The Mold Guy crew was on time, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. Everything was well communicated and messaging was augmented with before and after photos. Most importantly was there response time in this case. They completed the work, and meanwhile the company recommended by an inspector has not yet called me back.

After seeing largest icicles ever in 2020-2021 winter I knew insulation was no good. Went to check and saw mould. First quote I got form someone else was 3K. Others had competitive numbers. Either close or slightly more. Kay, whom answered my e-mail was quick to respond and very pleasant. They answered all my questions without any issues. I was able to book quickly, within a few days of my call. 2 People showed up at 7am, as expected. Work was done in around an hour. (700 square foot attic space). They provided before and after pictures for my evidence. They provided recommendations to have some one else look in to in order to prevent more mould in the future.
The two people who came to perform the work were nice, friendly, courteous. They took their boots off at the door without being asked, no mess was left over. I paid at my front door.

Hopefully I never have a mould problem again, but if I do, this is the company I would use.
