The service was quick and very informative. The inspector was very friendly and walked us through all the steps and the process. We called and had the same day service and results came the next day. Would highly recommend.

I needed mould removed from the attic ASAP as I had listed my house for sale. I called on Wednesday evening and they were here Thursday morning, you need and out in two hours. First Kay arranged for one of their specialists, a terrific gentleman named, Drove to inspect our home for mold.

To our pleasant surprise Drove was amazing to work with. He really knows about mold and what it takes to eliminate it safely and completely.

After Drove's inspection, he presented us with a very thorough report and a reasonable quote for the complete mold removal in our home and he assured us that the removal of the mold would be completely safe and we did not need to leave our home while The Mold Guys' team did the mold removal.

A few days later a crew of 3 fine gentlemen, Justin, Abdual and Michael arrived at our home.

They put down runners to protect our carpets and floors and were very friendly and respectful.

Within a few hours, they removed the moldy materials, cleaned and scrubbed the entire crawl space and left an air scrubber with us for 2 days which continued to purify the air as an extra precaution.

Before they left, they also vacuumed our carpets and washed our floors leaving our home nice and clean.

They were super fast and got the job done. I had expected the whole thing to take at least a week, but I had results within 24 hours of my initial phone call.

The entire Mould Guy team--from Kay on the phone to Drov {sp?} who did the inspection to the two men who did the removal work--were great. Polite, honest, personable, and knowledgeable. They told us what we needed to do, made everything clear, didn't try upselling, and kept the house clean and did the work. They answered all our questions and even provided tips for down the road. Very happy with them and while we hope we don't need them down the road, we'd be happy to recommend them to others.

I would 100% recommend this company!!! No one wants to find mould in their house and when they do...it's a terrifying experience! Google scares everyone into thinking they must have toxic black mould!!! lol I had moved into a new home and the previous owners had not maintained it. I was pregnant with twins and scared we might have mould due to a weird smell. Drove came by and did the mould testing, answered all our questions and assured us everything was fine and not what google scared us into thinking. We had no mould. His knowledge and tips were extremely valuable. Fast forward 3 months when we found ACTUAL mould due to some condensation. We called them right away and spoke to Ross. My husband must have asked him a million questions and he answered them all with confidence...and at no charge! We felt much better. Fantastic company!

They do air quality test and recommend work to fix the mold problem which is to get rid of the issue. After paying $3K they don't follow up or do another air quality test to show the before / after test. Wouldn't it make sense to do it so the client is convinced they removed the mold?
They were very evasive and don't give me straight answers when I asked them scientific questions about their test results. I felt the company didn't fix my issue. They didn't answer my calls or return my messages when I called.

I called to request testing for mold, was scheduled for an appointment the following day and had the process thoroughly explained to me. Both the customer service rep I spoke to on the phone and the inspector that came to my home were personable, friendly and informative. Very impressed with all aspects of the service provided.
