We got out kitchen renovated from JF kitchen. The did an overall OK job. However, as promised we are now left with lesser space than before. The cabinets were not made to the size we signed on and rather than agreeing to his fault, he is justifying his poor design. Then he asked us double the price to fix his mistake. No creativity shown at all.
A very dissatisfied customer. Will never go here again!

i will never EVR recommend these people, they promise and NOT DELIVER! Take your money and make u wait for ever, and when u want to talk to someone with authority keep passing buck, PRETEND BOSS IS NOT THERE, OR WILL BE BACK @ 6??? and NOT TELL TRUTH, pretend to NOT BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND
very poor quality work, very rood customer services only take money.. *person calls herself comptroller?? tells u her boss will call next morning, 3 weeks no call, go to office LILY hides and pretends not to understand !VERY ROOD, NEVER WILL I REPURCHASE OR RECCOMEND/ NEVER/NEVER

I had a U shaped quartz counter installed. The seams were terrible. One was unlevel and the installer just filled it to level it. Unfortunately I wasn't present during the install. The 2nd seam seperated about 4 months later. I've had no luck trying to have them repair it. They don't return phone calls and I've had to attend the store to speak to someone. They dont keep appointments when they're supposed to inspect the problem. Their original explanation is that the product is natural and this type of imperfection is normal. Nothing could be done to fix the problem. When I told them that Quartz is man made and it would have been ground and polished level at the factory, they advised they would have someone grind the counter top to level it. I was told that this would change the colouring slightly where it is ground and refilled. They would not give a straight answer as to what they would do if they made the counter look worse. When I told them that if someone working for me did this type of work, they'd be fired. I was told the installer had been let go. To me this is an admission that the product was installed improperly but I still can't get a satisfactory resolution. I'll have to use small claims court. The cost was quite reasonable. I got the name from a referral. I've seen the other work and it was excellent. Take your chances. if its done right it's good. If its done wrong, good luck getting it fixed.

They were very good in terms of product selection and designs. However, they leave a lot of room for miscommunication. They don't provide instructions properly. For example, they told me my whole kitchen would be done in one day and the day of installation I discovered by whole kitchen they meant only the cabinets. Also, you have to call them repeatedly and be really annoying for them to get the job done promptly. Also you have to bargain with them to get the "sale" price. Installers mostly don't speak English, so won't answer your questions but they do a good job at installing.
Product: quality suffers for the price but looks good! I had the laminate contemporary looking cabinets so I wasn't expecting anything too sturdy anyways. Price is reasonable once you bargain to get a lower quote.

We are pretty happy with the granite kitchen countertop we got from this store. The only thing is we got the stone through our contractor, whom marked up the stone price, i wasnt too happy about this. I would recommand people to go directly to their store for a better deal.

We had done previous business with them and were satisfied. They knew we would probably require their business again as we were going to move. We ordered the kitchen cabinets and two bathroom cabinets. The is soft locks on the the kitchen cabinet were not properly installed. We were told to put them in ourselves. We paid for each bathroom cabinet to have three drawers each. As it turned out, the top drawer of each cabinet is false. We paid for the drawers hardware and soft close. We did not get a refund. We asked that they come take a look at the bottom drawer of one of the cabinets as it does not open. We were told it would cost $150 to have someone come look and realign it. We agreed. To date, no one has phoned us regarding the refund or to come and realign the drawer. No one came. We phoned many times and have given up. I would not recommend them as we have not received a refund and they don't return your calls and help if you require their help even if you're willing to pay them. Very disappointed.

Poor customer service, delayed delivery and not accommodating to changes. Install is excellent but a very frustrating experience overall. Not a vendor that works well with the client. They are very busy so be prepared for delays and lack of co operation.
Update to my review, I had maple cabinets installed and 2 years later they have cracks in the paint. My countertop which was granite, the seal has now opened up. Quality just is not there. I would not recommend or use them again.

Our contractor uses JF Kitchen all the time so it was quite conveient for us to go with them. They are quite prompt on cabinet construction and design and the turn around time is amazing along with the quality.

Most of all the price is phenominal!

They are however very busy and the customer service level isn't all there but really, you get what you pay for. I don't mind a little grunt work and management if i can get cabinets and vanities for that kind of price!

My first set of cabinets were sold maple doors with a dark stain. The stain looks great and it is guaranteed for 5 years! I have soft close hinges and a piano door hinge with an awesome 3/4 lazy susan from Ikea that they fit exactly into the cupboard!

The microwave stand fits exactly as they measured and the valence is great.

The bathroom vanities are amazing with one piece sink and counter tops made of ceramic.

The basement we just used melamine but the cabinets are painted to the colour we chose.

Their boxes fit exactly as measured. I would definitely use them again.

If you come see my kitchen right now you will gasp. Everything looks fantastic. They always come on time and the materials they use are high quality. There are many choices of colour and size. I would really recommend going to JF kitchen.
I've had services from 2 other companies before JF kitchen but their service wasn't nearly as good.

Seemed like our old kitchen needed something to spice it up. A friend of mine suggested JF, so we drove up to JF Kitchen to have our kitchen remodeled and renovated. The cabinet designer showed us a great sketch of our kitchen and everything looked great so we had the cabinets custom made and installed. There we no problems at all and everything looked fantastic. My wife and i are very happy with our new cabinets and were thinking about having our bathrooms done by them as well. Were loving the granite top and also the incomparable price that everything came with. The only problem would be that they are not punctual. So if you don't mind having your kitchen a few days late then i definitely recommend this company.
