We had our pool installed by Nature Bound Pools in 2018. They also provide a service to close/open pools for the season, which we are very happy with. I would highly recommend Nature Bound Pools.

We love our pool and Nature Bound has exceeded our expectations!! Customer service is exceptional and they've met all our needs. It's like having an oasis in your backyard and having Nature Bound install our pool was the best decision we ever made.

Ordered my pool from NBP..it was installed on 4 July 2019. Pool is of superior quality. It was a pleasure to deal with Judy and Rebecca. Tim was also helpful with the pool equipment and placement of the water feature. They closed the pool for the season. Great service and valiue.

When we started thinking about getting a pool installed, we were complete novices! We had no idea about different types, sizes, costs, pros-cons, reputations of companies etc. After shopping around for about 12 months, we were surprised by the lack of interest in our business from several pool companies. They seemed arrogant and almost dismissive of what we wanted.

When we spoke to John at Nature Bound, that all changed. John was very responsive, coming out to see us immediately, he measured up, gave us very honest advice regarding pool types, cost and what would or wouldn't work for our space. He gave us great options and thorough info at every step of the way. This honest approach was essential to our decision to move forward with Nature Bound.

When construction started, Tim and Pat were on site daily, gave us regular updates on progress and again, they were honest if there were any 'bumps in the road'. The fiberglass pool installation went very well and our pool was in place quickly. Their partners who deal with the concrete pour were on site soon after to complete installation of the pool deck.

Joey was on site soon after to install our equipment and hey-presto! we had a fully installed, functional pool.

We are so pleased with the end result and cannot wait for the spring to come so we can enjoy the pool next season and for many years to come.

PLEASE NOTE: When you enter into a contract with a reputable firm like Nature Bound, they will give you something called a payment schedule. This outlines what you must pay at certain milestones during the project. Before you sign your contract, take note of the payment schedule. It is advisable to make sure you have the funds available to keep to your end of a contract and pay these guys for the hard work they do. If you can't, DON'T GET A POOL and certainly don't expect to keep equipment you haven't paid for!

We had a pool installation and hard landscaping done in May 2016 by Nature Bound.
Tim (the owner) was patient and understanding with us and all of our ideas. He help us harness our thoughts and bring them to fruition.
The workmanship is outstanding. It was completed in a timely manner and all the mess was cleaned up immediately.
We are so happy with our backyard and would recommend Nature Bound to anyone looking for a backyard transformation!
Anyone who comes for a swim never wants to leave!!!

We hired Nature Bound Pools to install our fiberglass pool last November, with the promise of equipment to be set up in the spring. The installation of the pool went off without a hitch.

Come spring, Tim and his team were ready to finish the job. Being a pool and spa combo, figuring out which pumps and filters would work best, was challenging. After some trial and error, Nature Bound Pools was more than happy to replace the current pump and filter with equipment that would work better.

In the end, we are extremely happy with the work they have done, and are more than willing to recommend them to our closest friends and family!

I just wanted to send a quick letter in regards to the installation and service of my Nature Bound Pool.
My family and I decided late in the season that we wanted to put a pool in. We did some research and requested quotes from a few places including Nature Bound Pool. Not only did Tim come through with the best price, but the options and extras that we received as part of our pool package were considered costly add-ons from the other companies. Needless to say Nature Bound got our contract!
Realizing that it was getting late in the season the Nature Bound team worked very hard, and at time under some difficult and challenging conditions, to ensure that my family was able to enjoy our investment before the cold weather arrived!
Tim patiently spent as much time as was needed to determine the layout and finalize the visions we had for our pool. After much conversation, insight and collaboration with us, the end result was exactly, if not better than we had anticipated!
His men were friendly, highly professional and dedicated to the project; working from sun up to sun down on many days. They were mindful of our neighbours’ interests and took great pains to ensure that noise disturbances were minimized and that adjoining properties were respected and undamaged. The cleaning and securing of our own property at the end of every work day was part of their work plan and they executed that part of their plan very well!
From the custom design of quarry rock retaining wall to the final end of season blow out and pool closure Tim, his land crew and office staff have made this a great experience for my family. The decision to place our plans and our trust in Nature Bound’s very capable hands has proven to be the best decision we could have made!
