This was our 4th project with Taras and Double T Contracting. As we have come to expect, the process was as smooth as ever and any issues that arose on site were sorted out collaboratively between us and the team.

We are thrilled with the final product, and now have another family space, an additional beautiful full bathroom, a laundry room, and plenty of storage cabinets (toys/coats/boots/etc.).

We have recommended Double T to many family and friends, and the outcome is always the same - Taras and his team make the whole process an absolute pleasure.

The team at Double T Contracting Inc. were professional, honest, respectful and thorough through the entire process of our project. In the early stages of quoting and understanding scope of work, Taras' counsel was wise and offered cost and time saving opportunities. During construction their team was efficient and respectful of our neighbours. Double T contracting sub-contractors, including electrical, HVAC and millwork were all well coordinated and were true professionals - everyone was aligned to the budget and timeline of the project. Every project runs into issues and our project was not immune - when we faced hurdles, Taras and his team provided options for solutions and budget impacts in a timely manner.

Our only two goals were to remain within our budget and to be in back in our home on schedule. Despite issues with supply chain, mysterious building inspector decisions and product shipping errors, both goals were met and we honestly don't believe this would have been done without the team at Double T. On time, on budget.

My wife and I decided to properly finish our basement this year as we needed more space for our growing family. Having used Double T before and being thrilled with the results, we knew they were the only team for the job!

The work was a gut reno that included putting in a family room and a new three-piece bathroom.

The finished product is beautiful. The project was finished on time and on budget. Cant recommend Taras and his crew enough. Double T will always be my first call for any home renovation project!

Project required removal of existing solarium style window and construction/framing of a new hip roof to accommodate a new window. Existing tiles and granite finishes had to be preserved.
Taras' crew performed all the work with great care and attention. All of the tiles and granite were preserved. The interior and exterior paint finishes matched the existing colours and the board and batten exterior reinstated to perfection. Very pleased with the results and I would highly recommend Double T Contracting Inc.

Taras and his team made my condo renovation a dream! From the demolition through to the gorgeous new kitchen, hardwood and paint throughout, electrical and plumbing work - impeccably doneeveryone on the project took great care and were so thorough and accommodating. Plus they had the added chore of moving packing boxes and furniture around - all of which was done carefully! I couldnt have been happier when I finally moved back into the condo - thank you Double T Contracting!

Double T Contracting delivered an incredible kitchen renovation at my home. Taras and his crew did a wonderful job with great suggestions and an attention to detail. They were courteous and always on time every day . I was given regular updates on my project as it progressed and felt that my concerns or questions were considered and answered .

And as with my previous dealing with them they came true with flying colours, did the job on time( even toughs the window was very tight) and on budget.

The whole experience with Double T Contracting has been great. Taras and all his guys have been a pleasure to work with. Fair price and didn't nickel and dime us once. Flexible and reasonable when we had unexpected hiccups (and it's important to note that none of those hiccups were with Double T). Taras is very well organized and the project kept pretty much to the schedule he promised.

But the most important thing for us was the result...as far as I am concerned, his trades are the best in the city. They did an amazing job!

I needed a new Backyard deck and stairs done so once again I called on Double T Contracting, They have done my Kitchen, Bathroom and Basement. and again the work was perfect exactly what I wanted

One of the luckiest things that happened to us in embarking on our whole-home renovation was to have Taras and team lead it. A successful project is multi-faceted: forward-planning, excellent communication, confident execution, clever problem-solving and seeing the job through to the very end. Taras excelled at all of these things. He is a master of his craft…and to our benefit, a perfectionist. He wants to get things done and done well. His tradesmen were top-notch and the finished product is evidence of this. We are super happy with it and would not hesitate to recommend Taras and team.

A key point to mention was the communication - we had never done anything like this before - Taras guided us through the process and answered all of our questions as we went, no matter how basic or complicated. He was vested in our project and we were confident of that throughout.

Additionally, his team were super nice and exceptionally hardworking. Even our neighbours commented on how friendly everyone was!

In conclusion, our house looks tremendous and we are very thankful to Taras and team for doing such an amazing job.
