Nothing worked canceled after a week of frustration. Had to fight to get my money back also had to spend more money fix all the holes they made after they removed the hole system.

I had to replace my alarm system because their old once died after 5 years and they made me sign a new contract for the product. They wanted a 3 year contract but I would only sign 2 years. A good thing too, because I moved and couldn't take the alarm with me but had to pay out the remaining contract. Buyer beware!

As soon as we bought our home (4years ago) I started checking into Alarm companies. What I really liked about this company is that it is a live voice. It is real time. I have set off the alarm a few times and if I was in a home and not suppose to be it would make me run. The other best thing is that there is a safe word and a help word. Thank god I have only ever had to give my safe word. But if I ever need help I know these guys will be there live.

They came installed a alarm system at my house and they did an excellent job. The salesman wasn't pushy and did not give me any pressure. I really like the technician... and it was a woman too!!! She took her time, explaining how the system work and was very professional. I will definitively recommend that co. to anybody who want alarm system in their home.

the installation was a breeze, no wires no hassle. monitoring is real time. if there is a problem you are connected to a represenative through the two way voice activated control. recomended to a friend they love it to!!

DO NO SIGN any contract with this company. They are terrible to deal with and will harass you to death if you disagree with any amounts owing under their contract. Be aware that they will mark a Work Order (if you need something changed/updated on your system) indicating you are signing up for another 3 years if your original contract has expired. That means for a service call for $40.00 you are now tied into their contract for a further 3 years. They are very dishonest in their dealings with elderly people in misleading them into what they are signing/initialling on their contracts.

System was installed on time and on budget. Over time as any questions arose re the current system operation and possible upgrades and maintenance technical support was superb. I have recomended them to friends

Replaced an antiquated system with Alarm Force. System and install included with the monthly fee of $25/month.
Best feature is that if the alarm is accidently activiated, you get a live person to talk to to deactivate the alarm, with your password.
Very reassuring that someone is monitoring the system 24/7
Only drawback is the system batteries only last about 8-12 months. You then must replace at a cost.

After many quotes I opted to have an Alarm Force system installed. I like the voice feature which allows me to speak to a person in case of emergency. I am disappointed by some system limitations but cannnot complain about price!

I had a home alarm installed when I was living by myself. The company was nice to deal with, I spoke on the phone with a representative who patiently answered all my questions and did not pressure me into a decision. When I decided to go ahead and get I installed, I was walked through the set up of a new password, who to call if anything went wrong and turning the alarm on and off. Having the system really helped me feel secure in my home alone.
