Ramiro runs a quality conscious company with superb workmanship. He is friendly and a pleasure to work with. We were very satisfied with the tile and grout cleaning he provided to our upper level suite of two bathrooms. He took enormous pride in delivering meticulous results and contributed additional time to provide excellent ideas & suggestions to help train us on how to properly maintain the tiles and grout in the years to come. I would recommend him to anyone. He has done a briliant job on my bathrooms.

I hired Tigro Restoration to clean my porcelain tile and grout. I was told by many tile stores that this could not be done. I contacted Tigro and explained my situation and was told it was not a problem and he could restore my porcelain tile floor. The result was spectacular. The floor looks brand new. Ramiro was professional, courteous and was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He also explained how to properly clean the floor to avoid any future issues.The price was very affordable as well. I would definitely recommend Tigro to anyone.

Second time we have used Ramiro. First time was 2 years ago when we had a shower restored- came out looking like new. This was in preparation to sell our home.
This time we had the same job done in our condo- 2 showers restored to like new condition.
Not only did he add value to the house we sold, but to the one we now have, at a cost that is a fraction of what a renovation would have cost.

We had a leaky shower that we thought needed to be re-tiled. It turned out that it just needed to be re-grouted. I'm so happy that we found Tigro because it feels like we got a brand new shower, but at a quarter of the price. The shower leak has been fixed and sealed, and the stall looks shiny and new again. The Tigro team was very professional, taking care to minimize dust. They did a fantastic clean-up job afterwards as well. Thank you Tigro!!

I've worked with numerous contractors of varying disciplines in the past and Ramiro and his crew where among the best I've ever dealt with and by far the best restoration contractor I've ever dealt with. He cleaned and restored the grout in our kitchen, laundry room and en suite bathroom w large tile shower. He was on time, meticulous, made excellent recommendations, showed pride in his work and provided great value. Highly recommended.

I found Ramiro and Tigro Tile & Grout Restoration Inc. while searching on HomeStars. After reading all the positive reviews I didn't hesitate to hire Ramiro to restore our kitchen tiles. The grout of our two year old kitchen tile, looked dirty and discoloured and I hired Ramiro to restore and colour seal the grout. Ramiro arrived right on time and was very pleasant. He answered all my questions and gave me suggestions when how to upkeep the look of the grout. He did a great job bringing our tiles and grout back to life. Thanks Ramiro!

Ramiro was prompt, personable and above all, very thorough. He and Roland paid attention to all the details in the cleaning, and sealing of the shower stall which had years of mould, mildew and grout stains and stayed until the job was done. They restored it to its original beauty. They also cleaned the glass shower door and caulked all the corners, leaving the entire shower fresh and new looking. Ramiro cares about his business reputation and sees every job as an opportunity to further it.

We had a terra cotta tiled kitchen floor that was 25 years old one was starting to show its age , as it would not come clean and was very pourous , Ramiro and his helper came and set up and with all their machines and experience had our floor as good as new, there were no odors from the chemicals and we were able to use the floor 30 minutes after they were finished.
There was no mess or clean up left for us it was a first class job.
Romiro even did a small repair on some tiles for which he did not charge us.
A very thorough and professional job.
