Tigro was recommended by an acquaintance after renters destroyed my condo and left the grout black with dirt, grease and mold in my kitchen and bathrooms. I had been told it would be better to rip out and replace all the tiles, but decided to take a chance after reading previous reviews.
Coming back into my condo when they were finished was amazing! It looks like new and I am so pleased.

I discovered Tigro Tile & Grout Restoration through Home Stars, my favourite way of searching reputable companies to do a job. Ramiro and Andres arrived to my home with materials and drop sheets in hand, ready to start the job. Ramiro explained all details about how he was going to clean the 2 full bathrooms and 1 shower, laundry room floor, and entrance at the front door. They both had a huge job ahead, but finished the job in 2 days. Everything shined, in fact, it was almost blinding ! All the showers and floors gleamed with perfection. It was a treat and really nice to hear the beautiful Latin music playing in the background. I would highly recommend Tigro Tile for anyone that cares about having the job done right. Ramiro wears his pride on his sleeve, his work is his bread and butter, and his passion. You will not be disappointed with their work, I can surely promise you that. The company did a cleaning / restoration to our 20 years old tile shower that showed signs of deterioration. They spent the whole day doing a meticulous job and the result was great. Honestly the shower was given a second life and I am confident it will be good for many more years. Staff was very personable and easy to talk to. While price may seem high, it was worth it. It isn't a job you get done every year, so well spent.

Ramiro and his teammate sanitized our shower stall tiles, glass panels, shower head, and resealed the grout, as well as re-caulked all the silicone. They also cleaned the soaker tub, the bathroom tile floor, resealed the floor grout, as well as restored the bathroom counter & mirror! The entire bathroom now looks brand new again! They take great attention to detail, as even the inner hinges of the glass shower door has been thoroughly deep cleaned!! They are truly pros!

Ramiro and his teammate were friendly, courteous, and professional. They arrived on time, were very clean and considerate (took off boots when going through the house, laid down a work blanket, and wore masks to keep me & my family safe). Before starting Ramiro was happy to explain each step of the process, and also asked if there were any leaks in the shower stall or if the light fixture was working properly, so that he can fix them too!

Ramiro and his Assistant did an AMAZING job cleaning my tiles, repair one bathrooms grout, cleaning the tile & grout in my entrance hall, kitchen & 4 bathrooms and then sealed the grout. My floors look better than when I moved in!

Ramiro from Tigro Restoration did an amazing job on our shower! He deep cleaned the shower walls, tiles and glass and removed and replaced all the old mouldy silicone. He also repaired a crack in the floor of the shower and resealed the stone floor. As a final touch he deep cleaned the bathroom floor, the vanity and sinks and replaced the silicone seal as well! It was very detailed and thorough job and the shower and the bathroom look fantastic. Ramiro has so much knowledge and is happy to share and discuss each part of the process. We will definitely have him back again!

Ramiro and his helper did a SPECTACULAR job of re grouting, sanitizing and cleaning our shower stall! The entire bathroom looks brand new! He even changed our light fixture which was non functional for the past two years because the threads of the screws were gone. Ramiro went above and beyond to ensure we were super satisfied. Guys he is a little pricey but kid you not, he will not disappoint!! We are SO SO happy with the work.
