I called Tree Doctors, spoke to Michelle who explained the complete service to me and options available to me, thank you for such clarification. I paid for a cord of wood, delivered and stacked, they asked me when and where which we setup and then they did the delivery. All went well and so far the wood is burning beautifully. Customer Service and the delivery/stacking went over and above, customer for life.

The bush at the front of my house was too tall and too wide . I needed it to be trimmed back so that I could trim it myself in the future . I telephoned a few different companies . Tree Doctors were reasonably priced and were able to get the job done promptly before the winter snow arrived . I was very satisfied with the professional manner in which the bush was trimmed . The workmen were courteous and efficient. They took away all the branches and debris . I would not hesitate to use the services of Tree Doctors in the future .

The Tree Doctors were recommended to me by a friend. My request for an estimate was followed up promptly, and the work crew arrived exactly as scheduled. We just had Tree Doctors complete some pruning of our huge Norway Maple - excellent job! Now we have sunlight. They also removed two Junipers and the work was done efficiently with no damage to our other plantings. Clean up was thorough and they took care of the work all within 2 days of a quote approval! Definitely recommend.

Last year we planted cedars in our backyard. I know very little about trees and was devastated when they started to turn brown. I called Tree Doctors and Michelle in customer service asked me to send pictures of the tress so that an arborist could review them. How amazing is that??? Instead of pushing an on-site paid estimate, they were willing to help over the phone! As someone who DOES NOT have a green thumb, I wasn't comfortable doing the recommended work on my own (though I tried!) and asked for pruning services. Adam came by to see what needed to be done and told me that I had done a good job on my own, encouraged me to keep watering and explained that the trees were actually doing quite well. He could have charged me (since I know so little and would have believed anything he said), but he was honest and told me that I only needed to wrap the trees for winter. I will ABSOLUTELY be calling Tree Doctors to do that work for me, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks, Adam!

We had an ash tree in our back yard that had been dying for a few years. We’d tried in vain to save it. It was close to both our and our neighbour’s house. Tree Doctors were professional, polite, friendly, and on time.
My yard was immaculate when I returned home after their work. Highly recommended.
