The installation crew were very professional and even took time to listen to my stories, very friendly. I'd love to have them back for another project. The gazebo is an elongated octagon the crew were marvellous at precisely putting it together. The product is very smart looking and the joints fit together without gaps. I'm very impressed. My family and I will enjoy our new gazebo for years if not decades to come.

Last year we had our 18x20 deck built. Afterwards, I knew that I wanted to put a good quality permanent 3 season’s room on it. I was looking for a Gazebo of better quality and with longer life than what is sold in Big Box & local Hardware stores. Got on the Web and found Craft-Bilt, a Canadian company that seem to have just what I was looking for.

It was my first time dealing with Craft-Bilt and I was unsure of what kind of experience it would be buying a Gazebo kit and having it shipped from Ontario to New-Brunswick to then be assembled.The sales people at Craft-Bilt answered all my questions and assured me they could deliver the product to my home and provide follow up support while it was being assembled. I ordered the 12x15 Luxury Gazebo with the electrical conduits option. The Kit (all 1700 lbs of it) arrived in good shape and was very well packed on 2 skids. There was not much documentation supplied but after speaking with Sedat from Craft-Bilt, he sent me a video and many pictures of the assembly procedures. He also gave us excellent service and prompt answers to our questions while on the job. The quality and fit are excellent.

For those that have seen it , the question that always comes up is, “where did you get this?” I have to say that at 12 X 15 ft. It’s quite impressive to walk into.

I’m very happy to have found a quality product like this in Canada. No hesitation in recommending Craft-Bilt for it’s unbeatable quality and value.

We had been looking for a replacement aluminum awning to match our original one. Found out about Craft-Bilt and emailed them. Sedat contacted me within 24 hours. Measurements were taken and awning installed in less time than originally expected. Quality product, professional installers, excellent company to work with. We couldn't be happier. I was having trouble finding a new patio screen door for a park model mobile home. These doors are not standard so you cannot pick one up at your local building stores. I had mentioned my dilemma to a few friends and one of them knew someone who had just replaced his screen door with Craft-bilt. She mentioned that he was very happy with the door and that Customer Service was very easy to work with. I have to agree with this. Nithi was very knowledgeable and made the purchase very easy. The door fits, works, and looks great. It even came in earlier than expected.

I like using local businesses whenever possible. Sedat was very thorough in explaining the benefits of replacing as opposed to capping our porch columns and railings. He met with my husband and I was very impressed that he left samples of the product as I was not available for the meeting. He initially said the installation would be a few weeks out so I was really surprised when he called within about a week and said the installation could be done the following day. The actual installation was so quick and clean. You wouldn't have known they were even there with the exception of the fact that I had beautiful new columns and railings. I will definitely consider Craft-Bilt when I replace my deck in the back. Who needs wood when you can have beautiful maintenance free recyclable aluminum.

I needed a porch railing. They came. They saw. The installed. Everything was on time and well done. I dont know what else to saw to make this 30 words so there.

Very pleased with our experience with Craft-Bilt. We added a 14’ X 18’ veranda to the back of our house comprising eight  4 – Track Stacking Windows. Very easy to contact C-B for information and recommendations (Rob, Nithi, Jennifer). Easy ordering.  Product travelled 540km and arrived in mint condition due to first rate packaging. Very good coordination with carrier. DIY installation was a breeze. Since we were installing the windows in a wooden structure, we replaced the provided self- tapping screws with gasketed steel roof screws. It did a great job.
We are very happy that we purchased a Canadian product. Unbeatable quality and value. We would definitely repeat the experience with Craft-Bilt.
