We decided to sell our house and on our agent's recommendation we contacted Lindsay Contracting to quote the job. Damien Lindsay was friendly & professional and kept a job with a very tight deadline on time and on budget. Damien and his crew were conscientious and paid attention to all the details - big and small.

My wife and I recently retained Lindsay Contracting to do some home repairs in our master bathroom and living room. Damian came to me highly recommended and I found him to be qualified, profesional, punctual and reasonable with pricing. I have recommended Damian and his guys to others in my neighborhood and I would strongly recommend hiring him to anyone who has a need for a great contractor.

We recently hired Lindsay Contracting to gut and re-do our upstairs 1960s bathroom which was in desperate need of a renovation. Our original intention was to plan ahead for this over a few months and book Damian and the guys in advance. However, due to a toilet leak that was coming down into our kitchen ceiling it was very important to us to start right away. Lindsay contracting was quick to assure us that they could come and get started on the job the following week.
Right from the start it was a pleasure working with their team. Damian is very good about maintaining continuous communication. As we were not living in the house at the time he made a habit of checking in almost every morning to update us on the progress as well as answer questions from us that would come up throughout the renovation. It is easy to see that Damian and the rest of his team are honest and look out for the best interests of their customers.
They did a great job gutting and installing new drywall as well installing our new bathroom fixtures and tile. They are also good at making suggestions when unexpected issues arise and I am confident that they are capable of handling whatever surprises may pop up. We are completely satisfied with the work done by Lindsay contracting and would most certainly use them again or refer them to friends/family.

Damian is the best. I was looking for a contractor that I could work closely with, to do this major renovation on my first house - we gutted the main floor, new flooring, created an open concept main floor, gutted the bathroom and gutted the kitchen. I interviewed a number of contractors, but liked Damien's honesty, reliability and personality from the get-go. He was great in dealing with major issues, and keeping me updated. He felt more like a big brother than a contractor. I plan on doing more renos in more houses and Damian will be my first call. The reno took place over the course of 3 months (with xmas holidays factored in) and the results are great. You'll even see my bathroom on his website! The tile work was awesome. He is always available to speak with and is super helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Damian. Looking forward to our next project together!

Damian and Roy did a great job with our home renovation a year ago and we were happy to bring them back to add a side porch and entry way to our addition. Really happy with the quality, craftsmanship and completion time and they added a nifty door underneath to utilize storage and keep our green bin away from prying racoons.

I am extremely satisfied with the results of the bathroom reno. Damian and Roy have a great eye for quality and craftsmanship and are very diligent in performing the work. An aspect of the reno process that is often overlooked is the stress of a big and intrustive type of renovation. Damian and his team were great keeping me informed all along during the process and helping me navigate through the stressful process during expected and unexpected events. I think the pictures speak for themselves........... Fantastic! Very happy that I had Lindsay Contracting complete my reno.

After reading reviews on Lindsay Contracting among others, i decided to go with Lindsay Contracting. Damian and his team came on time as promised and immediately assessed and discussed with my wife and i what needed to be done. we agreed on a quote and instantly started the job. We wanted our old light fixtures gone and the installation of pot lights from the foyer to the living room. Damian covered my floor with protective covering and the work began. Lindsay Contracting was very professional from start to finish, from the drilling of my ceiling, running of the wires and most importably cleaning up as they go. When the job was done, we were extremely happy with the result. They lights were nicely laid out and well balanced. The pot lights brought style and class to our home. Job well done.

I hired Lindsay Contracting for a number of things. So far, two have been completed. The rest will be done later in the season. The back fence repair is sturdy and excellent. It was done in a day. The leaky roof was repaired. Damian called after a terrific storm to ensure no leakage had occurred. He assured me it would be taken care of if there were leaks. I find him very easy to reach and he responds quickly by phone, email or text. Very good to work with. I am very happy to recommend this company.

A great experience from start to finish. Damian took my basement from drywall to showcase! Lindsay contracting was an excellent choice for our renovation. We had a small budget and a big job and wanted to coordinate with our contractor to do some of the work ourselves. This was easily done with Damian's team. Damian was professional, punctual, and completed the job on time (especially important to us since we were expecting a baby). The work was completed above expectations and we look at the final product with pleasure now that it is complete.
