KC and his employee did a range of tasks from drywall, hanging wall fixtures, fixing eaves troughs, installing rain barrels - a host of issues that had build up over 4 years. They quote they provided was very competitive, but more importantly, they did high quality work very quickly (not rushed, they just knew what they were doing, so could do it fast and well). I will definitely hire them again in the future, and already have passed on their name to friends.

KC has done many jobs for us and he has always been fantastic to deal with. He has the two qualities I especially need in a contractor. He sticks to the budget and he gets the job done in a timely manner. Additionally, he is unfailingly polite and helpful. Our latest job with the bathroom reno was especially difficult. We were under extreme time pressure. KC really went above and beyond to get this bathroom done. He sourced hard to find materials, worked late and cancelled his personal plans to ensure this job was done as quickly as possible. He really made it as easy as he possibly could on us.

After the epic rainfall in Toronto in July which flooded much of the city I was in urgent need of someone to come and repair the entrance door to my basement apartment. The door was letting in water and after the storm it became swollen and could not be open or closed which was posing serious problems for my tenant and the security of his place. I called many people that day and KC was the only one who would agree to come despite a very busy schedule. After some initial discussion KC came the following day, took the door off its hinges, sanded the door down and installed weather stripping to prevent future water problems. KC was polite, helpful, reliable and did a great job. I really appreciated his responding to the urgency of my issue. I would recommend him for any such work.

KC and his team were great. They showed up on time, worked hard, listened to my questions, made suggestions, and completed the job quickly and carefully. Overall this was a great experience, and have already recommended KC to my neighbors.

KC saved my life!!! I had a bathroom reno done for my disabled mother which was a disaster. KC repaired the plumbing and put the faucet and fixtures in. KC is efficient, tidy and polite! I will be recommending him to my friends, co workers and I will call him in the future!

ABSOLUTE LIFE SAVER!!!!
KC was my guardian angel last week! I live out of the country and I have a (short-term) rental unit in downtown Toronto. The previous tenants broke the legs of the bedframe, dissembled the bed, left it in the living room and didn't say a thing about it their entire stay; I found out the same day my new tenants were to move in from the cleaners. In a panic I must have called 12 handymen that morning - no one picks up their phone on here but KC. The stars were aligned that day and while KC was busy on a job at the time, he calmed me down and promised to come through SAME DAY and DELIVERED, ON TIME!! I can't tell you the domino effect that would have ensued if I didn't find him.

KC, you have a loyal client for life!

TAKE MY WORDS FOR IT..... Kahram, is the most, professional, responsible, experience, honest, punctual, reliable, polite and respectful person, that is hard to find these days. He did renovation on my house, which is amazing. He finished on time, he cut the cost as much as possible, without asking him, but not the job, he even added extra item for free, as a gift on the kitchen of my house. I would proudly suggest him and his wonderful team to everyone. After, his work was seen by my friends, and knowing him, everyone, including the cleaning company asked for his business card. He is beyond nice. I was not even supervising the job; I was there at the start and only after it was finished. “Thank you soooooooo much, Kahram and your wonderful team members”. You made such a impression on me, I love to create a new job for you..:)). Please keep in mind, he is heavily booked, please call him in advance. Good for him, he deserve to be busy…. ?

KC saved the day! The job wasn't a huge one but he came right away and saved the day. Peace of mind is priceless. I would highly recommend KC to anyone. Great job at a great price!

once again kc and team did a great job in creating an opening in the wall between our tv room and kitchen. Also the associated paint, plumbing, electrical and trim to make it look like a nice clean job. we also had them paint our tv room to match the kitchen now that there was an opening, once again well done.
