Sajad did a great job explaining exactly what was being done and why. Bate was places safely around my home and small exterior holes were filled to help close entry points.

Surrounding area around entry was secured, not just the hole itself..very friendly, very informative and when he was finished he reminded me that i can contact him at any time if I have any questions or concerns.

I called Sajad to request information about catching rats that had invaded my house through an open basement window. We secured the perimeter and the entry point, and now I'm hearing them in the voids between the main floor and the basement.

Sadjad spent 20 minutes on the phone listening to my concerns, and he took the time to strategize with me about how to catch the rats, what type of bait and traps to use (Victory premium snap traps baited with peanut butter), and his services to place and maintain traps around the perimeter outside in future.

He was thorough, courteous, and professional. I really appreciated that he took the time even though I hadn't hired him. If I can't get this problem under control on my own, I will certainly bring him in to deal with it. Full marks across the board, highly recommend.

One way door trap installed. Secured back triangle for prevention. Job done quick and effectively. Squirrels were out in a few days.

We had mice in our house and called Mr. Sajjad who was recommended to us by a friend. He responded to us promptly and came over for the job although it was not a good time for him at all. He did a very clean and professional job and informed us about the problem. We haven't seen anything after that and we are very happy with his work and definitely recommend his service.
