Kirill had estimated the move to be 6 hours. They arrived on time at noon and finished exactly at 6 pm. Kirill and Andre were very professional and friendly. They took great care to wrap any fragile items. I would hire Accurate again in a hearbeat. It's a worry free experience. Beds were assembled for us and any wrapped items were also unwrapped and set up for us. Thanks again guys! It was a pleasure. :)

Kirill, Adam and Andre did a great job moving our house on a Sunday evening. We had lot of furniture so the move took 11 hours but the guys were funny and personable, and took care not to damage any furniture.

I engaged Accurate Movers for our move to a new condo based on the excellent review on HomeStars, and I was not disappointed. As we were moving into a new condo, we were given a very short timeframe to complete the move. The elevator was booked for only a couple of hours, and our condo is at the end of a VERY long hallway. Kirill and his crew showed up ahead of schedule, and proceeded to calmly and efficiently move us to our new place. We were very impressed by the care they took of our belongings; Andrey in particular has a knack for wrapping with plastic wrap. We were also very pleased by their rolling out of the red carpets - literally! They spread red carpet aisles on our new wood floors so they wouldn't damage them when bringing in our belongings. Kirill, Andrey and Guy were friendly and professional, and our move was quickly completed with time to spare. The costs were exactly as quoted and compared favourably with other quotes we obtained.

We received quotes from 4 other companies as my company required it for comparison. We had quotes that went up to $5000 (double) for the same job. Accurate movers were the only ones who actually sent a mover (Kirill) to do the quote so we trusted he knew what he was talking about. In the end, the price was even cheaper than he had quoted.
They weren't perfect (but who is) as they did break a few things (a light bulb in a lamp, a plastic shelf and an old laser printer) but they carefully wrapped and moved everything that was valuable to us. We had a very heavy and expensive bedroom set that they carefully wrapped and moved without any problems.
We're so happy that homestars exists as we would never had found them otherwise. We would highly recommend Kirill and Accurate Movers to anyone needing to move.

I hired Accurate movers to move my daughter from a high rise apartment into a main floor apartment and was concerned because I had heard so many stories of people having bad experiencing. Well I can say that Kirill and his coworker were amazing! Very professional and pleasant. They showed up early and were very efficient. Did the move in 3 hours! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to our friends and family. Great job!

After reading many reviews online, we felt confident with Accurate Movers for our Condo to House move. Kirill was friendly and helpful on the phone and was very accommodating.
He was able to provide us with an accurate estimate for the move and explained the hourly rate, and hypothetical situations that may contribute to an increase in costs.
I was very pleased to receive a confirmation email, as well as a phone call the day before the move to reconfirm our details.

On the day of the move, the team lead Rocky called me to let me know that he was on the way. He let me know that his assistant for the day would be Adam, a very experienced and professional mover.
We had most of the prep work done, but the guys got to work right away. They were very prepared upon arrival with blankets, floor runners and dollies. Rocky gave me a quick briefing and let me know that he had already introduced himself to the concierge in the building. Rocky and Adam insisted that we site back and relax while they took care of the move. This was appreciated, however, I was happy to assist.
After packing the truck, we reconfirmed the best route and address of our new place.
The guys made it to the new place in record time and got to work right away. Rocky and I did another quick briefing and he didn't ask another question until they were done.
Following the move of our contents, I asked the guys to assist with moving a couple of our appliances around the new house. They were very helpful in determining the best ways to move the appliances.
Moving was one of our greatest fears and these guys are not only professionals but really genuine and nice guys. We paid a little extra for the additional time over our original estimate but this was at our own request.
I highly recommend Accurate Movers Toronto. I would definitely use them again.

I would like to thank Accurate Movers for an amazing, stress-free move. The move was from an appartment to a new house. Despite the bad weather conditions(it was snowing all day) my house stayed clean and no damage was found. The movers were very polite and cheerfull. They made my move fast, easy and very accurate. The bill was lower than quoted. Definitely will hire them again in the future

Have to say I was a little bit disappointed. Setting up the appointment and follow-up communication was great (really great) but when it came to the on-site guys, I wasn't too impressed. Two of the three seemed a bit spacey; and one of the two had to kept being chased down by the others to keep him on track. The 'boss' was really good though and kept working very hard.

While I appreciate that they wanted to be "accurate" the excessive wrapping of every little thing took a ton of extra time (especially when it needed to be unwrapped). What should have been a two or three hour job took twice that. I've had similar jobs done before, without any damage, much more efficiently. Nice guys though and I'm glad it's done at least.

WOW! Accurate Moving is the real deal. Kirill the supervisor and his partner were respectful of our belongings, polite at all times, and super organized. They did not dilly dally, yet took their time with fragile items to insure their safe arrival. They wrapped every piece of furniture and not one piece was damaged. Accurate is the by far the best moving company I have ever hired. Happy to give a referral if asked. 11 out of 10! - dawna in Leslieville, Toronto.
