Accurate movers knocked it out of the park.

True, they are not the cheapest, but if you value your things, value your time and want the process to be as smooth and professional as it can be - let's face it, moving is an ordeal, but its illeffects can be mitigated- I would highly encourage you to give Accurate Movers a call.

Ray came to our home and gave us a reasonable and realistic assessment of our needs. We were moving into a small temporary rental as we await the completion of our house, which is under renovation. We're a family of four, plus a dog, and had to put about 100 boxes and furniture in storage. It was convenient that Accurate has its own storage facility, one that could acccommodate our grand piano as well. The company was, therefore, able to meet all of our moving needs- piano, furniture/boxes and storage, eliminating the need to go to three different providers and the total cost ended up being lower as a result. Ray even agreed to increase the temperature of our storage locker by a few degrees to make sure the piano was kept at a comfortable temperature.

The day before the move, Morgan and Ted arrived to help us finish packing and prep everything. They were very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Packing and culling is stressful and emotional and Morgan helped keep us on track. We had several large plants that we had no room for at the rental, but wouldn't have survived storage. Morgan offered to drop them off at my parents on their way back to headquarters and didn't charge us for this extra stop.

On moving day, Morgan and Ted returned with three other movers. They moved at the speed of light, but all the while kept checking back with us to make sure they were clear where things were going-house, storage etc. They moved us out of our home, into the rental and assembled our furniture in less time than Ray had quoted me, which meant a cheaper move than I was expecting. As far as storage goes, they worked hard to make sure our things were stacked in a way that minimized space and therefore, cost. Efficient from start to finish.

Even more impressive was the service after the move. We realized that our vacuum cleaner had gone to storage in error. The crew located it and Ray delivered it to us the very next day and agreed to take a few more boxes into storage. A week later, I realized that our expandable glass table wasn't assembled accurately. The leaves kept jamming. Again, Ray responded to me immediately and came over the very next day to install it correctly. I didn't need to chase him or answer any questions. He just came and fixed it with a smile on his face.

Overall, the move was stressful. Moves always are. But without Accurate, it would have been over the top: piano, boxes, endless kid things, multiple destinations and long days. the team kept us on track, they were efficient, fair, respectful and pleasant and the post move service was stellar.

We've already booked them for our final move in the summer and have recommended them to several friends.

I would like to thank Accurate Movers for making my difficult move to my new apartment effortless to say the least. Both Paul and Tony were punctual, efficient, time consensense, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure all my furniture got into my apartment. They made sure all my furniture was properly wrapped and secured in the truck, and cleaned up after themselves. They even asked at the end of it all if there was anything else they could help with. Amazing people and amazing service. Thanks so much!

My wife and I have been impressed with Accurate Movers from the initial quotation through to the finished move. Ray was always attentive and answered questions quickly and thoroughly. The move team was superb, and when we hit a hitch with our move elevator, they were very helpful in finding the most economical way to finish the next day. All of the guys were friendly, responsive, moved quickly without damaging anything and did a superior job loading and unloading the truck.

Accurate Movers is hands down the best mover we have ever used and will continue to use and recommend them for all moving needs. Just truly delighted with the service and cost, great bunch of guys and really nice folks.

Our move was just around the winter holidays and we were helping our elderly parents move from woodbrdige down to toronto. THe distance was not so bad but because it was holidays all the other companies were already booked. Finally my business partner recommend the company that he had used last summer. We called Accurate Movers right away, and right away they remember our friend that they helped move. WE explained all the particualrs of our situation as well as our timeliness. THe guys only charged 10% more of the regular price as the moving took place an Dec 26. While other companies wanted close to double of the price. Overall great service from start to finish.

Called several companies but saw great reviews on Accurate. Requested a quote on their website and Ray got back to me. He has been a pleasure to deal with. We needed help packing a POD but also moving to another 3 bedroom house temporarily. The guys moved some heavy items including 2 industrial sewing machines from one basement to another. The POD was packed tight as well. I also appreciate that they use floor runners and everything was packed in moving blankets. Overall we were very happy with the experience and highly recommend them. We'll be calling them again in March 2017.

I called up Accurate Movers based on a recommendation from a friend and they delivered. They moved my family from a 3-level townhouse to a 4-level townhouse with efficiency and professionalism. We had some very heavy and awkward items, and they moved them without much difficulty. I would highly recommend them.

It was a real pleasure dealing with this company from Day 1. Ray was very helpful and accommodating arranging our move. On the day of the move, we were kept informed and the three guys that helped us move -- Vince, Oscar and Manny -- were very reassuring and polite. They took exceptional care and made the move on time. This was challenging because we moved into a building with a time limit on the elevator. Nothing but praise.

We were moving from a three-storey semi in the east end of Toronto to a midtown four-storey semi on what turned out to be a record setting hottest weekend in Toronto history. We had a number of worries for our move, including: a king-sized bed going from the third floor at the source house to the fourth floor in the destination house, a number of delicate paintings and wall hangings, some antiques and other delicate items, a massive TV (my most prized possession of course..!).

On top of this, this is only the second time we've ever used movers (we didn't use Accurate Movers, we used independents) and the first experience was awful (broken items, a broken wall, scratches everywhere, extremely long moving duration, etc). So, you can imagine how reluctant we were to try movers again.

However, we had the polar opposite experience this time. We were blown away by how careful the team was with everything. Not just the items themselves (they wrapped each item individually and thoroughly), but with the house(s). Narrow doorways were taped up and padded to prevent damage. Rugs and other floor mats were put down. They watched every corner, took care of every item as if it were their own.

The first time we'd used movers, we had to hover over them all day long, trying to prevent them from breaking things. Within the first twenty minutes of this experience, we recognized that we could absolutely trust the team and it enabled us to basically leave them alone to do their thing while we ran around taking care of our own task list.

Two of our biggest "problem" items were:
1) A king-sized bed that was going to the top floor of the destination house, which was only accessible by an extremely narrow stairway. The team spent 15 minutes, all three of them, focusing just on this item to ensure they got it up there without causing any damage. I had serious worries of having to relocate our master bedroom due to its inaccessibility, but the team resolved the obstacle no problem.

2) A patio table that has some finicky legs (hard to remove). The team from Accurate Movers aptly disassembled the table with their own tools, moved it through the house carefully, and reassembled it in the backyard, no problem. They even were able to diagnose what was wrong with the table legs upon disassembly for us.

I really can't recommend these guys enough, they did a stellar job for us, moving the entire house's contents in about 6.5 hours. They were very friendly, pleasant, competent, and their experience was obvious from the word 'go'.

One of the signs of inexperienced movers is always evident in how they pack their truck. Halfway through the move, I took a look in the truck and was blown away by how expertly everything had been Tetris'ed away, fastened down with straps and secured against damage while maximizing how much they could fit in the truck.

Book these guys. Moving day is stressful enough as it is, and these guys took 90% of the stress off our shoulders and onto theirs, and did so with a smile and without complaint. I can't think of a more ideal experience to have on moving day.
