Going with Accurate Movers was so EASY! We reserved online, received a few basic emails, confirmed following the email instructions, and all set (Their online reserve system can seem too simple/basic to people who need more interaction, so don't hesitate calling or emailing if it makes you nervous). Day of, a confirm call came about 15 minutes before they arrived, early, a quick tour and the work began. These movers are all Russian speakers, but do speak English, and the efficiency, precision, and speed is something to see. Not one scratch, ding, broken thing, and their skill of fitting it all in the truck is amazing. No surprises on the invoice either, they don't charge extra for the wrap they add to insure safe furniture moving like many companies do at the end. They charge by the hour, and ours went quicker than expected, so less than quoted. The only extras were we bought them water and granola bars, and of course, a generous tip.
If you need more services, they do most anything related to moving. If the simple online reservation system doesn't seem trustworthy or you need discussion, you can call or email. 2 of our friends have used them after us and they had the same amazing experience.

The price was exactly in line with other quotes I received, and Accurate Movers FAR exceeded my expectations. Alex and his team were extremely friendly and professional and made the moving process a lot less painful.
They hit their estimate right on the money, and they did not scratch or damage a single piece of furniture. Let me repeat that... not a single piece of furniture was scratched, or damaged. I can barely move a chair between rooms without hitting a wall, but these guys moved an entire house across town without a single mess up. Give them a call and your moving day will be stress free.

We got tired of scrounging for reluctant friends to help us haul our stuff for 8 hours. Renting a U-Haul truck and MAYBE getting it for that day became tedious. So we decided to hire real moving professionals.These guys came in and moved our valuables with a speed of a ninja. I see a pile of boxes in the living room, I go to get a drink, and the boxes are gone upon my return. Amazing how two professional movers can move all of our stuff from A to B in 5 hours.
They were also courteous and moved our valuables like it was their stuff. All the furniture were wrapped with saran wrap or protective cloth. Gone are the days of large plastic yard bags! They also suggested to leave the clothes in the dresser drawers. And I enthusiastically said "What? We can do that?"
Over all it was a pleasure to have the Accurate team over helping us. Thank you guys.

I lived in High Park and was moving to Thornhill, so I chose "Accurate" specifically on their high ratings and honestly didn't even do any price shopping around. Their reviews were that good. Now that I'm a customer, I can really see why! From start to finish, my moving job took 7 hours which was pretty fast in my opinion since I'm moving from a 3 bedroom house to another 3 bedroom. I worked with Alex and he was very accommodating and easy to work with. The moving crew leader was named Mike and he was also extremely friendly and easy to work with. I don't think I have a lot of expensive stuff, but I do want to protect the stuff I do have and so I price was almost a secondary concern. Trustworthiness was really the main concern and Accurate with their team really came through, Big THanks

This was such a great experience. Having never used movers before, I had no frame of reference as to what kind of service to expect. These guys are so friendly, careful, and FAST I was blown away. If you have everything boxed up, furniture emptied, etc your stuff will fly out the door. They moved my wife, 1 year old, and I from my 2 bedroom condo in Yorkville to my our new house in mid city. The whole move start to finish took 7 HOURS! That includes the time it took to wrap every piece of furniture in pads/plastic wrap before getting it in the truck. They also had to park a little ways down the street at the new place. Unbelievable! My whole afternoon was freed up to settle in and the price was more than worth it. I wanted to personally thank the 3 men crew for making my move a truly painless experience.

I chose Accurate Movers just by doing an internet search. I priced a few other mover companies and then called Accurate Movers and they had the most courteous staff, the best pricing with a very simplified break-down---(you pay by the hour) plus, the great reviews I read didn't hurt either.
They showed up on time (well, they were delayed due to traffic but they kept me updated and their adjusted arrival time was right on point). The guys that did the job for us were Mike and Alex (I believe) and they were so nice and friendly the entire time. Moving is a frustrating job but they made it fun and as easy as possible. They were fast too! For dealing with slow apartment elevators at two of the locations, they came out exactly within the estimated time frame that I was quoted. I was told 5-6 hours and they finished at exactly 6 hours. If it weren't for the annoyance of slow elevators, I know they could've got the job done in 5 hours easy. They made a point to clock exactly from the time they started to when they ended so they don't try to charge you for the drive time getting to you or for the time it took to get back to signing the paperwork. They clock it after the last box or item is placed in your residence---it was awesome!I do recommend having everything organized and ready to go if you want to cut down on the cost. Since it's by the hour, the more organized and prepared you are, the faster they can get it all moved and the less you end up paying.
I highly recommend this company. They were courteous, fun, friendly, careful and they had all the supplies necessary for the move. They even brought shrink wrap, padding and materials to protect our items and they did all of that for me.

I had hired Accurate Movers to provide moving services for my parents. They were careful with every item and also managed to load and unload speedily!
My parents found all items in great condition when they arrived to their new place.
I will definitely use them again as well as recommend them to friends. My tip for anyone moving is, have everything packed and ready to go so these guys can get to work when they arrive.
P.S. Dont waste your time and energy moving by yourself. At the price these guys charge its worth your while to go with the pros.

I am so glad I made the decision to go with the Accurate Moving Team! These guys were ridiculously fast (the whole process took less than 6 hours, considering the amount of stuff that I had), and very, very careful. No complaining about my house being a mess, no questioning my packing with trash bags (I ran out of boxes) -- just efficient, friendly service. They made a potentially horrifying move very easy and for a good price.
I did provide my own truck option, and everything went without a hitch. Highly efficient, and friendly service, recommended for anyone looking to move.

I hired Accurate based on their online reviews. They responded to my email within 24 hours & quoted us a very reasonable price. We asked that they arrive at our place between 8:30-9a on Thursday morning. We packed our entire 2 bedroom prior to Thursday, so all we had to move was 15 large boxes, 2 couches, a kitchen table & our bed. Two movers from Accurate arrived around 8:45a & went at it! Moving from our condo to our new townhouse took roughly 4 hours, which I think is incredibly fast. I was also very appreciative that they brought 2 wardrobes so I didn't have to take any clothes off hangers! Both guys were very nice & worked their behinds off in 30 degree heat. It was our first time with a moving company and we will definitely use Accurate for our future moves.

On Tuesday night I started looking for movers to unload my truck into my new home the next day. Accurate Moving (my first choice after my friends’ recommendation) was able to fit me in at the last minute.

They showed up right on time and got straight to work. Despite the horrible heat they worked quickly and efficiently the whole time, and make sure to check where items were going + make sure they wouldn't damage the wood floors. Everything was unloaded in just over 3 hours. Excellent, they have deserved the 10 stars.
