after I have lived in the same home for the past 18 years, my parents were moving to downsize into a smaller condo. they were moving from a 5 bedroom 2800 house to a 3 bedroom 1400 sq ft condo. this was a huge adjustment for them and were having a difficult time processing this tremendous change in their world. moving day was going to be extremely stressful.
upon recommendation from my friend mike, he suggested i call on the company accurate movers. it was the BEST decision possible for such a stressful day. it was a crew of 4 men. these men showed up promptly at 8:45am and were extremely polite and efficient. their demeanor never shifted, even after loading, three separate drop offs (my sister and i were getting things from the folks), and unloading. it was a 12 hour shift.
i was so impressed by how kind and compassionate these guys were. they made for a very difficult day a lot less stressful. if you are moving give them a call your money will be worth every cent.

I called Accurate and they came to my rescue after my badly done move with another moving company which I wont mention here. I had a large shipment of books to take from my home to my office. Doing business with these guys was a breeze - they came, picked up the books, drove them to my office, and that was that. They came when they said they would, they did it fast, and the price was based on an hourly rate with a 3-hour minimum. Totally straightforward, totally easy. I didn't have to lift a box, or really, even a finger. If you need a mover who can help you from start to finish, call Accurate.

Although I didnt have a chance to research any other moving companies and just called Accurate Movers based on the Homestars reviews (thanks guys!) it sounds like in comparison to other companies, Accurate really has their act together. Though I personally wasn't expecting anything less since I'd never dealt with a moving company before, I can echo the sentiments of others saying that the service was solid. There was a mix up with my reservation date and them being open when I was scheduled, however, which was frustrating and ended up costing me extra money (not with the movers, but in general) and some calls rearranging my moving schedule. In general though, the actual movers were very polite and nothing was broken! If you are looking to move Accurate is a solid team.

Accurate Movers helped us move all of our stuff from our last apartment into our first house and were amazing throughout the whole process. The apartment was on the second floor of a walk up with a tight turn and they managed to get all of our furniture down without scratching a thing or banging up the walls. The guys literally ran from the truck up to the apartment for the next load and completely secured all of our belongings in the truck. At the house they quickly unpacked the truck and place everything where I asked. Additionally, the estimate they gave me for how long the move would take was dead on so there were no financial surprises at the end. Next time I am moving will be using Accurate Movers again.

If you need to move give them a call and talk to Igor, I don't know if he is like this with all of his clients, All I can say he is the only person I talked to and I talked with over 6 moving companies before I made my decision, he made me feel like he really cares about my personal needs, he worked with me on the payments, explained the process to the smallest detail, But overall was so informative and nice to talk to. Apart of one of the best prices I got, the service is just amazing.The furniture was delivered quickly and carefully, the crew is also very professional and kind, Give them a try, I'm glad I did. Igor was correct, the service was great and he definitely stood behind his word.

Wanted to take a few minutes and thank Accurate Movers for amazing work. I was searching day and night for movers, heard horror stories about unscrupulous movers and disasters happening to people who hired the wrong mover. I was so happy I found these rave reviews about Accurate and contacted them and left a message. I got a call back under 10 minutes and the sales rep explained to me in details the step by step process of my upcoming. Thank you so much for the hard work, for the time spent with me on the phone and for the actual work done for my move. I am so happy and fortunate to have had the move done by Accurate Movers. My mother will be moving next month and I have already booked them again.

Accurate Movers should rename rename themselves to Amazing Movers.Moving couldn't have been simpler, cleaner, more courteous or more efficient than if I had rubbed a magic lamp and made Genie do it him/herself. Mega props (and many thanks) to Mike who squeezed me in for a quick move at the end of March. The guys brought coffee with them and worked no stop for 7 hours straight.That sort of customer service should win awards. They were a very hardworking team that I will recommend to my friends

We are so glad that we went with Accurate Moving, Igor sent us Mike and Alex, who were fantastic, and they showed up on the earlier side of our quoted time window. They worked really quickly to get all our furniture protected and packed in the truck. One of the largest pieces I had, an older framed mirror, they handled with care and put forth an extra effort to try to fit it in to my new place. Although I didn't ask them they offered to hang it up, I was surprised that they had the right tools and within 30 min it was hanging in my new living room. Afterward they drove with me out of town to pick up even more furniture. On top of being excellent movers, they were also really nice guys, and we were very happy with their work. We had some coffee afterwards and they even gave me a 10% discount. Great people to do business with.

It's hard to find a moving company that you can trust with your personal belongings and I'm very glad that I went with Accurate Movers. Great service from start to finish. I worked with a young man named Mike for a long distance move from Kingston to Toronto and he was amazingly helpful. Mike made himself very accessible and answered all my questions about the process! The rate was very reasonable for a move of that distance. The moving team who picked up and delivered my items was extremely nice and professional.

My items were picked up on a Sunday and delivered on the following Monday. I was notified beforehand when my things would be picked up and delivered and my schedule and availability was definitely considered. There was no hidden fees and all of my furniture was delivered without a scratch. Since then my other friend had also used Accurate from my recommendations and had the same great experience.

I used Accurate about a year ago and was happy that they were able to accommodate my needs again 2 weeks ago for a move from Richmond Hill to North York. Moving is a pain in the neck for many of us and the company staff was flexible and understanding when the realty agency did not provide me with the house keys on time. The Accurate team work very well under pressure, did not freak out when I called with a potential change of plans at the last minute. Instead, they provided options and always looked out for my best interest to keep my costs down. They had done an excellent job at packing furniture and once I unpacked everything was intact. Igor and Andrew were great for this move. Prompt arrival, very positive attitude, flexible and good listeners. They wanted to make sure all boxes were placed in their appropriate rooms. They also did a great job at assembling furniture, which is a pain to do, and Accurate did it in a snap, probably for a third of the time that I would do it in.
