Our move was 2 weeks ago and Accurate was great. From the gentleman who helped me to set up my move to the great bunch of guys who came to deliver my belongings. They were so cool they brought coffee and donuts in the morning (what a TEAM) Everyone was professional, friendly and so helpful and informative. They made my move a wonderful and stress free experience. Anyone who is looking to move should really go with these guys, you won’t regret it.

I was so stressed out about moving but they went above and beyond to make sure it went as smoothly as possible.

I didn't have much time to figure out how I was going to move out of a 2-bedroom into a 1-bedroom. About a week before our move-in date, I called Accurate and spoke with Alex, who seamlessly set up the move for me.

When there was a mix-up with the new landlord about when we could receive our keys, I called Alex to change the moving day and he quickly sent a confirmation email with the new date.

When the condo's building manager said he needed to see the moving company's certificate of insurance 3 business days before the move was scheduled, I called Alex again. His co-worker Igor ensured that all of the condo's requirements were met and faxed the documentation to them by the next morning. I was very please how fast these guys work. They really take the extra steps to make it easy for their customers, thanks fellas.

We used Accurate's service last minute, after another moving company had cancelled on us. We didn't know what really to expect, however we knew the service will be good. These movers did better than just good. Professional, on time, friendly and fantastic. Mike was with two other movers who were at our place for 8 hours. They were quick and did not drag out their time like the previous movers that we used two years ago. In 8 hours they only took a one 15 min break. A small cabinet got scratched but it was not their fault the place where we were moving out from had a crooked staircase and still they gave us a $50 discount. The team was great. Thanks guys.

Moving long distance would turn out to be harder than we thought, we had 5 different companies over to give us quotes and to explain how everything would work. Until my buddy recommended Accurate. This crew really know the moving business and provide a professional service that is honest and upfront. They did a great job with our move from Montreal. They were prompt and delivered on the earlier time for the delivery schedule. They surpassed all of our expectations and were a pleasure to work with. If you have to move long distance Accurate movers should definitely be on the top of your list of moving companies.

Working with Accurate Movers was an awesome experience. They told us about all the possible issues that might come up with moving out of Downtown. They explained that the bigger truck may not be able to get into our area and that we would have to pay extra for a shuttle service. No other company told us about this, which helped us decide to pick them for our move. They really explained all the little things that may end up costing us more on the day of the move. This way we had no surprises at all. On the move day, they did need the smaller truck and we forgot to wrap our tv and cabinets , but they took care of that as well without any issues. A great experience overall.

We hired Accurate Movers two and a half years ago and I hired them again 2 weeks ago to move my stuff out of storage in the west end and over to my new place at Yonge and Eglinton. Moving is stressful for many of us and the company staff was flexible and understanding. The Accurate crew work very well under pressure, did not freak out when I called with a potential change of plans at the last minute. Instead, they provided options and always looked out for my best interest to keep my costs down. They had done an excellent job at packing furniture for long-term storage to protect it from bugs/cold, damp weather conditions and once I unpacked everything was intact. Mike, Alex and Steve were great in 2010 and Mike and Igor were just as awesome for this move. They also did a great job at assembling furniture, which is a pain to do, and they did it in a jiffy, probably for a third of the time that it would have taken me to do it. I cannot recommend them enough. These guys are super stars in my book

Accurate’s level of professionalism, customer service and adeptness at moving my furniture with care blew me away! They were the first company to reach out to me to provide me with a quote.
On moving day, a crew of 3 competent movers headed by Andrew arrived at my townhome in Richmond Hill. I was amazed at the level of efficiency of this crew. Every single piece of furniture was wrapped diligently and they even took time to cover my floors. They stacked the truck with care. After about an hour of watching their each and every move I decided to kick back a little...I knew they were doing the job correctly. They helped me place everything exactly where I wanted and re-assembled all of my furniture at my new place in the city. The icing on the cake was that they followed up with me a day before to confirm my move, on the day of loading to make sure everything was going well and to inform me when delivery was to be expected. Great people and they are great movers.

The furniture of our house was packed up and moved through Accurate Moving Service and we couldn't have had a smoother more painless transition, our first contact was via email looking at different movers in the area for a quote, we contacted 5 local companies and 2 of them sent reps to our home for a visual weight based estimate, while they were both very courteous, professional, prompt and close in price, Mike from Accurate was by far, more knowledgeable and professional
Mike did a superior job as far as explaining the process without us having to ask a million questions, and the questions we did ask, he answered on the spot, the other gentleman couldn't answer a few really important questions, he did answer them the same day in an email from his office, but it surprised us that they couldn't be answered at our house. So we chose Accurate and on moving day, the movers that arrived in the morning were again, courteous, polite, very professional and clean, Alex and Igor packed all of our boxes and were extra careful handling our furniture Everything arrived on time and undamaged to our new home. So this is a big thank you to everyone at Accurate Moving Services for a job better than well done, PERFECT.

If I ever move again (which I am hoping I won’t have to,) I will for sure use these guys. They came and picked me up a couple weeks ago and I got the cell for my driver which was good
because it’s hard for me to get out of work so we had to coordinate the whole thing in advance.
