My home has undergone a major renovation with S&G. I'm impressed and very satisfied with the quality and service they delivered. They are very patient to client ideas, at times I had quite some crazy ideas about the design and they were willing and open to listen to them and really did think thru on how to implement those fancy ideas for me. And throughout the work progress, the hands-on gentlemen were quite quality oriented for the long term and didn't take shortcuts. Price was also very reasonable consider the scope of work covered. The end result is a grand home and surprisingly awesome. Many of my friends think the work should costed much more than what it actually was.

We are extremely happy of the renovation.  It was not an easy task to renew a 3000sq ft home.  Simon guided us through the entire process from deciding what we want, design,  select material and recommending the new kitchen

Great service, good communication, excellent craftsmanship. And also Simon provide us a lot of great idea to do the bathroom. I'm highly recommend.

I am beyond upset with the contractor /company that I hired to re-new my bathroom! We gutted everything and basically re did the whole thing ! Not only they went pass the deadline by a whole month .. (On contract it promised to be done in 12 days )And was a pain to deal with , their work is also rubbish !!!

Yesterday they finally "finished " everything .
And guess what today the whole Mirror had fell off the wall , damaged the brand new vanity counter top and also shattered glasses everywhere !!!! Ridiculous !!!

my wife also got hurt from the brokenglasses when she stepped in to the bathroom.

We originally plan to get both of our bathrooms done but obviously we won't be using this company for our second bathroom we are looking for someone that's more reliable and know what they are doing.

When I contacted the company about a kitchen renovation, Alan came right away to see our current kitchen and take measurements. His design was amazing and his quote was unbeatable. We were able to select all materials for the cupboards, countertop, floor, etc. right from the showroom. Alan took our phone calls whenever we had questions or issues with the design, and really listened to our needs. The work did take a few weeks longer than originally expected, but otherwise, absolutely gorgeous work! Everyone who visits compliments us on our new kitchen. Would definitely recommend to others!

The design for our house was okay, not the best. End product took way longer than company promised. There were lots of faulty issues with installation and material used were not the best. Probably wouldn't be top recommended company for others.

The transformation of our kitchen to its current state is unbelievable! From their thoughtful design - incorporating all the elements on our "wish list" to utilizing every inch in our small kitchen - we now have a beautiful, highly functional gourmet kitchen.
Furthermore, their attention to detail and their "can-do attitude" demonstrated time and again throughout the project by the entire crew helped to make the renovation process run very smoothly. We would not hesitate to use their services again!

Image Workshop saw us through an entire home renovation in the summer of 2011. From the initial planning and design to the actual renovations to covering our warranty period, we were very happy with all the work done.

We had our enclosed front porch removed and the main entrance remodeled by Image Workshop last December. New shoe and storage cabinets were also installed. The workers were friendly, polite, and hardworking. They always covered up all the surrounding areas before they started work every morning to ensure as little 'aftermath' for me to clean up as possible. At first we weren't sure if we should start the renovation so close to Christmas but the project was completed as scheduled and the work was nicely done. All our friends were impressed when they came to visit over Christmas. Some of them even thought they went to the wrong house because our new front door looks so different - very elegant and stylish. Honestly, our house looks a lot nicer with the new look. The shoe cabinet at the entrance is especially useful when more than a few people come to visit, because they no longer need to step over other guests' shoes when they walk inside. It is much neater and cleaner than before. All in all, we are very happy with the work provided by Image Workshop and have no reservations whatsoever in recommending them to our friends and relatives.
