Mgg Chimney Sweep

My partner and I recently purchased our first home, and it has a wood-burning fireplace. We explained to MGG that we're new to this, and they were super patient and kind and explained how to safely use it. They inspected it to make sure it was good to go, and also gave it a good clean. I really appreciate that they were able to come over, and will definitely use them again in the future!

Booking and contacting MGG was efficient and easy. Joseph and Dominic were available and in the area the same day I called. They called to give a quick heads up they were on their way and came in to clean our fireplace in our new home. They were clean, efficient, and very friendly - explaining everything they were doing including all the WETT details. We will continue using them every year!

Martin and his crew were great. They replaced the whole system from Stove to top cap as it was over 20 years old and in very bad shape. He also also took all of the old junk away and disposed of it.

Excellent service by Joseph and Dominic. I really appreciated the reminder call the day before and another call with their exact ETA when they were on their way. Very knowledgeable and detail-oriented. They worked efficiently and were done in about half an hour including inspection of the chimney cap on the roof. Highly recommended!
