Cody waterproofed outside of preserved wood basement with membrane and extended parging down over that to water proof around exterior of house. Very pleased with the job. We subsequently contacted Bill owner and had Sealerman come back and put a 2 inch curb inside attached garage to prevent winter snow melt from going toward wall at side of garage.

We discovered a crack in our interior basement wall late Sunday night. By Wednesday at 1pm, the issue was addressed & resolved. Sealerman is a family-owned business and it’s evident in their caring & responsive approach to their clients. Bill, who has owned the business for 40 years, provided a quote on Monday and his son, Cody & another contractor, completed the project on Wednesday. They vacuumed the crawl space and sealed the entire space to reduce water seepage. We will see if it was effective this summer.

We noticed there were water visible in several areas in the basement with the continuous heavy rain. We then call Sealerman and Cody came right away to pre-assess the problems. The next day, Bill came for a fixing recommendations and a quote. We agreed to his recommendations, and the priced right quote. The work was done almost immediately within a day.
