Neethan responded quickly to my inquiry, answered all of questions and dropped by to give me a quote for the job promptly. Arranging a time for him to do the job was easy and on the arranged date he arrived on time and worked efficiently. He takes pride in his work and wants his customers to be be satisfied, He asked me to check the water flow of the new arrangement after the next rainstorm and to make sure the water was easily draining through the other disconnected downspots and to contact him if there was a problem.

A recent city ordinance required downspouts to be removed by December 31, 2016. We hired Neathan previously to repair a leaking section of eaves trough and were pleased with his responsible attitude and his work. We therefore called on him again, knowing he would do the job properly and neatly with his usual pleasant, friendly attitude.

Our downstairs leaks every time it rains heavily. This morning we had another downpour and I called Neethan and he responded in less than two hours. He quickly, efficiently and affordably repaired the problem. I would definitely recommend their services.

We hired Neethan and company to replace a small section of eavestrough which had been damaged above our front porch. When a collosal storm revealed weaknesses in other sections of our eaves, we hired them to come back and do the rest of the house. Both times he provided a very competitive quote. Neethan is very knowledgeable, and he and his team are punctual and diligent. They take the time to test the eaves with water (in our case from our yard hose) to make sure everything is working as it should. He kept us in the loop when they encountered an issue - he was unable to replace one section because of an issue cause by a bad roofing job, so he fixed the existing trough instead and adjusted the cost accordingly. We called Neethan over the weekend and he quickly returned our call and we booked a window and eaves cleaning service. Neethan and his worker came on time, and as always they were polite and friendly. They did an excellent job all over the house, cleaned the windows inside and out, and did the eaves. Out of 5 of the top rated companies listed here, Neethan was the only one who called me right away. He came out promptly to see the issue I have and advised me to what he thought would rectify my problem - grading and eaves covers. I asked if he thought a total replacement would fix my problem, but he said it was not necessary. Now that is an honest man! He showed up early the morning we agreed on, did his 'fixes' and cleaned up. He told me twice to let him know if the problem was fixed when it rained again. If not, he would come out again and deduct what I paid from my new bill. Complicating this is another issue I have now is with Avenue Road Roofing. I should have posted this long time ago but better late than never...
In September 2015, I noticed water was sitting in one of the eaves. The problem was that previous homeowners cancelled a downspout but did not install a new one. Neethan answered the phone right away- unlike other highly rated companies that took days to return my call. He understood the problem right away and knew exactly what questions to ask to get all the information he needed. He even asked me to send him photos of the other eaves and of the place I thought would be best to install the new one, so he could match the colour. His quote was very reasonable (another company I contacted asked more than twice without even speaking to me- just based on the information I provided on their web form).
Neethan came right on the time we agreed of. He spotted the problem immediately and fixed it quickly and professionally.
