Our water supply line coming into our house from the city had burst and water was gushing through our foundation wall in the basement. Once we called the city to turn off the water I called Andrew at Caldwell Plumbing. He was extremely professional and reassuring. They had to excavate my whole front yard and run a new supply line from the city to my house. He even assured me that they could get all that work done that day! Andrew called me while he was on his way to let me know that everything was on schedule. Andrew, Glenn, Blair, and the excavator were at my house shortly after and they went to work right away, all the while making me feel comfortable and informed. All the work was done that day with the highest level of service as promised. They spent time cleaning up after the job and sat down with me to give me a full report. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and I would highly recommend Caldwell to anyone. Thank you Andrew, Glenn, Blair, and the excavator whose name escapes me.

I was looking for a contractor for plumbing services for a new 2 piece bathroom, so I contacted a few companies via Homestars. Caldwell Plumbing was one of the few to reply to my email.
Andrew was very prompt to come by and give us a quote. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional. He was very courteous an polite, taking his time to answer all our questions and explain in detail all the options that we had. Plumber Mike and a helper finished the job in no time. Their service was great, at a reasonable price, and they cleaned up once the job was completed.
We will definitely be calling them again if needed, as well as recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Friendly and prompt call-back within an hour. The plumber Andrew sent drove all the way from North York that day, and was quick (considering the scope of the job), polite and did fantastic work, which included capping the broken water heater and boring a hole *through stone* to run a new line into the addition where the functioning water heater is! Tidied up after his work and checked the new lines for leaks. I've found my go-to plumbers. Thanks Caldwell!

After calling numerous plumbing companies for quotes to install our dishwasher, change our sink drain plugs, and hook up the water to our refrigerator we decided on Caldwell Plumbing. initially it was thought to be the cartridge. The contractor was unavailable, so we dealt directly with the plumber. Awesome customer service. phoned us and showed up on same day. He quickly noticed an obstruction inside the faucet that may have happened during the renovation. In and out in less than a half hour- no charge Great job Andrew!

We called Caldwell to assist with an issue we had with drainage in our dog kennel area. They responded the same day and Andrew resolved the issue quickly and also offered us some great advice to prevent the problem in the future. Very helpful and prompt service! We contacted Caldwell Plumbing approx. a month before we moved into are new home. We booked an appointment to have them come out and install all the appliances. The plumber Josh and helper Blair showed up right on time. They had protectice booties on over there work boots and had there tools on drop sheets, not to mention how polite they were. They installed all are appliances with no issues and charged us the exact amount that Andrew(owner) had qouted us previuosly. This was a great experiance and felt it helped us with an easy transition into are new home.

I Called Caldwell plumbing out to our home to repair our old toilet. The plumber Mike was very knowledgable and explainded the benifits and cost difference to upgade to a newer style low flush toilet. We had them supply us with a new American Standard toilet. They even took the box, garbage and old toilet away. I was very happy with the price and the service. I will be using them to replace the other toilets in our home.

We found Caldwell plumbing on the Homestars website. I spoke to Andrew on the phone and he came out himself same day. He quickly diagnosed are problem and replaced the cartridge in are shower tap. There was no charge for the part as he mentioned he gets them for free. I found him to be very honest and the service was great. I strongly recommend this company.
