We had Matt come to house and provide an estimate for the work required to fill the void under the concrete floor in the basement. The estimate was for $1250. The actual charge was $2700. I have seen estimates that are usually within + or - 10%. I have never seen the actual charge be more than double. They charged the credit card card in two transactions in two separate days. Extremely disappointed. Would never recommend them to anyone.

The concrete surrounding the inground swimming pool started to sink in sections up to 1 inch. The pool is 30 years old and the final reason to correct the uneven concrete slabs was when our grand-daughter tripped and fell cutting both her knees. We contacted many companies and decided to go with Uretek as this desicion was made on the product and results not the price. Albert Corr of Uretek reassured me that raising the concrete by a method of high density special polymers to lift, re-align, underseal and void-fill for a permanent level of all concrete slabs needing repair around the pool. Albert also noted that there could be a small chance that the one area that was over an 1" raised might sink and if so contact the Company.
Albert was right and within one day of contact Uretek leveled the one section at no added charge. A swimming pool is a major investment however over time needs to be updated and with the injury to my grand-daughter's knees we have since had Uretek do our walkway as there is no limit of what the cost was as the smile of our grand-daughters after the re-alignment.
