Greg and his team of masons proved to be hardworking, diligent, attentive to the job and timelines, respectful of both my property and my neighbours, and communicated on a regular basis. I am very happy with the job, and highly recommend them.

Our chimney's morter, brick and cap were deteriorating. Once the weather was suitable, Greg and team got the job done quickly, thoroughly and neatly. And the price was reasonable.

We were in urgent need of immediate chimney repairs, so I called Krolicki. Masonry. I am so glad I did!
Krolicki Masonry had been highly recommended to me by a trusted roofer. The owner of Krolicki Masonry arrived within a couple of hours of my call to see the situation. He thoroughly - and accurately, as it turned out - determined what needed to be done. After providing a detailed, reasonable written estimate, he undertook to get the work started.
The very next morning a two person crew arrived and got to work. They were clearly highly experienced. They had the scaffolding up beside our
three story house within a few minutes, and worked hard and efficiently to remove loose or damaged bricks and rebuild the two chimneys.
To our amazement they essentially finished all chimney work within about two working days, even though the weather had turned cold and wet. They then carried out some tuck-pointing on gaps and minor cracks in some other parts of three brick walls of our three-story house, including around windows and doors.
The crew were friendly, communicated well, and paid close attention to our concerns. They were also very tidy in their work, cleaning up daily and removing all evidence of the bricks and mortar residue that had to be taken away.
In summary, this was exemplary service carried out efficiently, at
reasonable cost and with full and useful communication between the company owner, his crew and me as the house owner. I highly recommend them, without
reservation, for this type of work.

Greg got back to me quickly after i requested a quote, provided a reasonable estimate and had his crew complete the job within 3 days. I was very impressed.

I contacted Krolicki from their webpage. The price was reasonable. They put down tarps and plywood to protect the decks at the base of the chimney. They were fast but did a complete job restoring my flue and cap as well as tucking and pointing my chimney. I will have them back in the spring to tuck and point the rest of my home.

Greg and his team are always on time and reliable - great customer care and attention to detail - have been working with Greg for 15 years .

Greg's team used the best Type S Mortar to refurbish the footing of the garage's central brick column which had been eroded because of years of rain water damage. Type S Mortar was used to patch the electrical conduit pipe to the side of the house also. Angle grinders were used to help repair the brick mortar to the front of the home. Asphalt repair was used to mend driveway after work was finished. Very happy with the results, our family recommends Krolicki Masonry.
