On Dec. 23 2020 our hot water tank failed. I phoned the company in St. Catherines and a service expert arrived that afternoon. At 8am Christmas eve Chris, Mitch and Shane arrived and installed an on demand high efficiency hot water heater.
I know I could never find a a more reasonable or competent contractor.

Called Monday morning re service for furnace. Technician arrived same day. I was expecting to hear the bad news since the unit was 23 yrs old. I was also concerned about our safety. So after reviewing the condition with the technician we decided to purchase a new furnace and upgrade the air conditioner at same time. It was scheduled for next day and completed. The technician Derick, the installers Shane and Basil’s were very professional. I highly recommend Service Experts. You may want to look into their Advantage Plan. Chuck

Very disappointing! my basement was left in a terrible mess (pictures to prove it). I guess that the workers forgot about it as they seem to be over worked. I had to go away and my neighbor came so they can finish the job with thermostat, no cleaning. It took 10 days before someone was sent. I called numerous time where once I waited 1/2 hr on the line. I was told computer is down, manager works from home, you just came back from another province (quarantine) they say...
Very poor administration! I was sold the top of the line for a bungalow 1,000 sq feet. Was it the best buy??? In 2020, as a single woman we are still treated with unfairness. I checked with other people and at this price they say that air conditioning should have been included. For 16 yrs, I had my old furnace cleaned by Mike who is an excellent technician. That is why I thought that you were the best choice.

The standard practice of Service Experts to present with 2 personnel for a routine service call is very questionable. We have experienced this scenario on 3 separate service calls so I presume this is the standard procedure. Why is a salesperson required to attend with a service technician for a home visit especially during a pandemic? Not every call requires a pitch for a new system upgrade !!

This company is top notch. Showed up in a heat wave and I needed a new furnace and I knew it. They were on time and efficient. Happy to recommend this company to anyone that want professional service. Thanks Mitch , Chris Tom and Jason for following up.

Had our AC, furnace and humidifier installed today June 18 ..in NOTL....great work..by Service Experts Niagara,.....for the whole day. .. it is gratifying to see younger workers carry on their elders ´ work ethics with style. Dan and Steve arrived on time and did an absolutely fabulous job. They were patient, tidy, polite, professional and, above all, worked with us, the customers, to make sure we were totally satisfied. We would highly recommend this company and these two gentlemen.

Called Service Experts for a hot water installation. Shane and Steve arrived promptly at the appointed time. They were very professional, courteous and very efficient. The replacement was completed in less than two hours. Steve took the to review exactly what was done and how to adjust the water temperature. I would highly recommend Service Experts and their technicians Shane and Steve.

This is a very professional company. The salesman (Glen) was very informative and explained everything and answered every question.
There was no pressure at all and we never felt rushed.

The installation went as planned and we were extremely impressed with Thomas. He put in a very long day and was always polite, courteous and friendly. He went over everything before he left. The area was left spotless. Will definitely deal with them in the future!
