We met Daniel at the Home Show and very quickly, his name seemed appropriate. He came and saw us, listened well about the project we needed done (tear down an old garage and rebuild it and was very respectful of making it happen within our budget. He kept in touch with us every step of the way and repeatedly checked with us to confirm things were as we'd hoped they would be. His crew were great and the worksite was left clean and orderly every evening. The garage looks fantastic and we'd have no problem recommending him. In fact, we're hoping to have him do some more work!

and working hard to maintain a clean jobsite, just to maintain

They also worked very fast, started in this 2014 winter with
ice storms, extremely cold weather, and had the job completed in just a
few weeks!

Daniel and his crew did a great job on the demotion & reframing. Tough location to work in, up hi And Industrial equipment under them that could not be damage they had the right equipment and Safety gear to do the job that was very important .Crew was grate in and out as Daniel planned and no extra Down time of production .Price was right and In the future I would call him back.

Daniel did a wonderful job for us in the spring of 2013 so we hired him and his crew again in the summer to do a number of outstanding repairs and to paint the interior of our house. When he found a major problem, he not only sent tons of photos and a detailed explanation, he came up with a great and affordable solution. I have nothing but praise for Daniel's work. He is indeed a man of Integrity.

I hired Integrity to frame my basement, and am very glad I did. The end to end experience was very good. On the few occasions Daniel had not fully understood what I was asking for, there was never an issue nor a suggestion that it was a change to the agreed scope. Many times Daniel provided great advice and saved me from some wrong decisions that I would have regretted. While I knew the layout I wanted, I have no experience in this line of work. Daniel would always consider what was being asked and advise me if there was a better way to go about it - or if what I was asking for was just not a sensible way to go. In retrospect, this was exactly the service I needed. Price was competitive, timeliness and punctuality as promised, and quality excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

These guys were great! No only did they do a really beautiful replacement of a very old porch ceiling and restore a part of what is now an antique roof, they were efficient, on time ever day, and kept the work site in impeccable order.

We met Daniel Vaqueiro at the 2012 Home Show and immediately felt he was the only 'real' contractor there, more interested in doing a good job and satisfying our wishes than in pushing to sell us something glitzy that we did not want at a price we could not afford. And he was true to his word. He did excellent work, on time, in a pleasant and businesslike manner. He did what he promised at the cost he estimated. He kept us apprised, with photos, as the project advanced and was flexible when we asked for additions to the contract. I would add that we had hired another contractor in the past whose overpriced, substandard work was repaired by Daniel and he has restored our confidence in building contractors. We will definitely hire Daniel and his crew again and will recommend him highly to our friends.
