Anna was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and on the day of the move, everything went smoothly and Ricardo, Andre and Luke were professional, polite and easy to work with - even though we moved on what was the coldest day of the year! When we needed to move a significant amount of our furniture to storage because of a main floor renovation, we hired Angel Movers on the advice of a friend who had used them 18 months earlier. We were not disappointed. Right from the start they were responsive. Anna in customer service was terrific, explaining how their fee schedule worked, confirming details and following up afterwards to ensure we were happy. The crew showed up on time, were polite, professional and quick, and moved everything carefully, including our antique furniture. We had a different crew to move our furniture back, and they were as good as the first crew.
I would not hesitate to recommend Angel Movers to anyone, and will use them again should I ever need moving services. They were amazing!

Anna at Angel Movers was an amazing concierge. She was very informative and attentive to my move related needs. The movers arrived on time and were fast and efficient and above all super friendly and personable. The price was reasonable. If I had to move again I would certainly use this company again therefore I would recommend them to anyone if asked.

After talking to Anna I had no more questions. She clearly explained everything and answered all questions. She arranged the move. She could also find closest value village to drop one of our furniture that we did not need.
Youhan checked the size of our stuff ahead of the move to make sure will fit in a large truck. His estimate was perfect.
4 movers came who were very professional and effective. They handled every single box/item with ultimate respect and care.
We encountered some issues with closing the same day. The ream was very supportive and kept the truck somewhere secure over night until the next day that the move was finalized.

Anna was very professional and speedy in walking me through the estimation process, and talking me through what to expect.

On the day of, the movers (Ricardo and Steve) were very quick and efficient with the move, and treated my belongings with care. It made a very stressful time much easier.

The follow up was appreciated as well. If moving into a storage locker, I would suggest not booking your storage locker until you have spoken with Anna, as she will be able to suggest one that the storage truck can access easily.

Simply class leading mover. We are moving 3 BD Townhomes from Vaughan to Ajax and very pleased with the process and the move itself. Let me break it down:

Booking process: From the get go, Angel took more detailed approach in assessing the load / complexity of the move. From there, the representative (Anna) assisted in determining cost and time. This is key in ensuring that the resources/truck/manpower are appropriate for the job. Angel took a small deposit and book you for the move.

Move itself: The movers arrived on time. They are easy going and professional. They get the job done very efficiently and in timely manner. They are meticulous to ensure nothing is left behind and nothing is damaged. Moving carpet and blanker were provided throughout

Final payment: Really appreciate that the final payment was billed after the move and not at the conclusion of the move. (When things are hectic around the house). The hourly rate given at the quote was honored and the time billed was actual time used.

Angel Movers came recommended from a close friend. I have been very happy with their service. They are well planned, organized and have an excellent crew. I have used them for my personal move and to move my mother. I will continue using them for future moves, and recommend to family and friends.

Despite construction, a flash rainstorm, and a key delay everything arrived in perfect condition and on time. Angel movers were very helpful and flexible as I negotiated what was and wasn't being moved.
