Angel Movers & Storage Ltd

From start to finish the team at Angel Movers were very helpful and very professional! My mom was moving from an apartment in mid-town Toronto to an apartment in the west end of Toronto to be closer to family. Johan and his team provided great advice and counsel early in the process to ensure we thought of everything ahead of time so that the move day was easy and painless. And that is exactly the feeling we had on move day. Adrian and Ricardo were professional and efficient packing and unpacking in the time that was allotted for the move. They also took great care of my Mom's items and were conscientious to not leave a mess. I would highly recommend Angel Movers and would use them again without hesitation!

On the day of the move, they refused to take my (apartment sized) upright piano because I had front steps, which I had informed them about at the time of the booking. I had to scramble and book another mover who got it done easily a few days later, but it cost extra to book the second mover and it was very stressful.
Then, after Covid related renovation delays, I was finally able to hang my art only to realize that I was missing one of 3 large TV box containing irreplaceable art that never came into my new home. They claim no knowledge of it and have done nothing about it (I did not opt for their insurance). If you have anything of value do not use them, if you must - number and count your boxes.
I really regret hiring these movers and recommend you find someone else.

I feel compelled to add a note because of their response. I was never rude, that is not true. I was scrambling to find a piano mover. I also provided accurate information about my front steps at the time of the booking. The lead moving guy just didn't want to do it, he admitted earlier to me that he'd had a tough job the day before. They did suggest an alternative mover for the piano, but they'd not be able to confirm their availability for two days and I couldn't wait because of real estate deadlines, so it wasn't helpful. My art is gone, but they don't care or take any responsibility. Moving is challenging, but Angel Movers made it much worse. If you can find someone else, I recommend you do.

I love Angel Movers. I know I can rely on them to handle all my moves with ease and grace. They are so professional, and I'm never worried when they are on the job. Everyone should hire them!

I had a very efficient and excellent experience with Angel movers. The crew was friendly and incredibly efficient. In fact they were so efficient they were done earlier than expected and never dragged their feet to run the clock. Which I appreciated because it gave me extra time to set up my children's room for their first night in our new home. I would highly recommend Angel Movers!

The whole experience with this company was fantastic. Everybody was professional, and organized. Anna, helped coordinate and she did an excellent job making sure we were taken care of. The three movers we got took really great care of my stuff, showed up on time, and had a great sense of humor while doing the job. And they did it fast!

The price was right and they went above and beyond what I had experienced with another company. You wont regret going with them.

Before hiring Angel Movers, we received quotes from several different moving companies, big and small. Angel Movers landed in the middle so we chose them. The front office staff were a pleasure to deal with and although we had issues during move day, Angel Movers ultimately addressed them and made it right.

I had a wonderful experience with Anna, Rickardo and Adrian! They were all excetionally kind and skilled in their jobs and even with the obstalcles that were in the way ie big pile of soil in the rental unit I was leaving and being down a elevator in the new rental area both of the men moving my belongings were kind and couteious and very efficent! I will reccomend this company to all of my friends and family!

We have had the benefit of using Angel Movers 4x in the past 2 years and all has been terrific.
-We moved out of our previous house and into an older house for 1 year
-Moved into a rental as we tore down the house and built our new house,
-moved into the new house
-moved our storage items located at our north property back into our new house.

We highly recommend them and continue to forward them to our friends and family. They provide a personal touch, remember details and also are friendly, reasonable and dependable.

The guys were helpful and quick. We were packed, moved and unpacked in no time. 3rd time using Angel and all 3 times it was a smooth experience. Brought their own tools.
