Windows By Installer

Waited to review Windows by installer because I wanted to see how tight this former outdoor porch was as newly enclosed sunroom. I am pleased to say it is TOTALLY climate controlled. One vent was added to central HVAC but basically two walls of this room are glass. Installers were amazing. Worked with incredible efficiency. No talking (DID answer all my questions) and they were fast. Placed large blanket/drop cloth prior and cleaned up after. All glass completely cleaned. Now moving on to window replacement for the rest of house.

I reached out to Windows by Installer when I got their flyer at my house (five windows for $2599). They gave me a great quote to replace all the windows in my house. Once we had an agreement, Alex came out and measured all of the windows. After setting up the install date, I had to reschedule the work due to another conflict. Windows by Installer was fine with this and they showed up on the correct day. Tim and Roman worked very efficiently and had all the windows installed on the first day. They finished capping the frames and installed all the screens on the second day. They seemed knowledgeable about the windows and they did a great job cleaning up on both days of install. I plan on using Windows by Installer again when I need to replace the doors in my house, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing their windows replaced.

The planning, ordering, and installation were excellent. While waiting for the windows to come in, we were kept up to date with the status of our order which was appreciated. The installers showed up on time, were very neat in their work, and seemed to progress very efficiently. Towards the end of the installation day, our salesman Alex stopped in and answered any questions we had.
We do have an issue with our picture window which is not the fault of Windows by installer but rather a factory issue. As this is getting resolved, Alex has been very supportive and we have the new window coming in in 1 week.

Roman and Igor were excellent to deal with; professional, competent, polite and very easy to work with; from the design recommendation to installation and clean up; they were great .

We highly recommend this company. Very pleased with our beautiful front door; we get so many compliments on the door.

Originally I had issues with this company however I am pleased to say that this company has made great efforts in rectifying the situation and I'm glad they were willing and eager to address my concerns. Im please to report that they have made an amends in my previous matters and I recommend them for future customers.

Windows by installer did an absolutely fantastic job installing our replacement windows. They were punctual, clean, quick, friendly and produced a professional quality product. These windows were worth every penny we spent. They are extremely high quality at a fair competitive price. After interviewing almost 6 window companies, we chose Windows by installer because they were the whole package. The windows are manufactured locally, the design is gorgeous and the installation is as important to the company as the window itself. We found that Windows by installer was extremely easy to work with. From the moment they showed up at our house to install the windows, they made sure that we were satisfied throughout the whole process. We were told this would happen on the sales call, and they came through with flying colors! We know we made a great investment with this company and recommend them to anyone in the market for replacement windows.

We ordered a double front door with windows. Salesman was helpful in explaining and showing us the various options we had. They came to my home to measure the doors. Installation was included. The installation included removing and discarding the original door, removing trim work on the inside and outside and replacing the trim work when the installation was completed. The salesman was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Every question was answered. It was clear to us that this person knew his product and was eager to share the benefits with us. It took almost two months to get the doors, but we knew that going in. We are very, very happy with them. The installer was meticulous and professional. He took the time to give instructions on the various features of the doors. The doors are beautiful. Everything went as expected. I highly recommend Windows by Installer.

In 2015 we had Windows By Installer quote on a patio door. The timeframe for the quote was efficient and the salesman pleasant. They had the best pricing of three quotes, but we were not in a position to afford it.

This year we had them come out to re-quote and honoured the same price as last year. We were very pleasedn that they offered to honour a one year old quote.

The door was installed the day it was to be done, at the time they said it would be. We LOVE our new door. We no longer here the wind rising in between the two doors; the screen staying in the track and...no loner even hearing the train. With our old door we hear everything outside like it was inside.

Would certainly recommend them and use them for future work.

Excellent responsiveness, Alex came right out to measure and work up an estimate. Next Alex brought Sergey, the installer to measure a second time and the windows were ordered. We waited a few weeks, picked a date, the crew arrived promptly, did a fabulous job, were polite, clean professional, very detail oriented and left the house cleaner than they found it. Sergey was great, and even did a little extra to patch a spot on a window they were not replacing. I am so impressed I am getting an estimate on the remaining 4 old problem windows I still have. Look forward to working with these folks again. I would recommend them in a heartbeat
