Steve and his team are not only professional but they are very compassionate people. In more than one occasion they have come to help us with issues that were very stressful and at no time they made us feel bad, on the contrary, Steve always eases my mind with his calm demeanour.

This specific review is about the most recent job Timeline Journey Renovations has done for us. But they have in fact done a great deal over the past few years including gutting and completely renovating our main bathroom; putting hardwood down on the entire second floor of our house; updating closets throughout our house; painting two bedrooms and the hallways. With every single job (big or small) Steve has been friendly, helpful and accommodating -- from helping us plan the vision (including shopping for materials with us) down to the final details of the finished job. If we aren't quite happy with something, he figures out a solution until we are. His workers are competent, friendly, respectful and polite (the latter is very important to me when people are working in my home!) The job I'm reviewing here involves a new bookcase and a coffee bar (pictured). Victor, Timeline Journey’s brilliant carpenter, built us a beautiful bookcase (within our budget) that has completely transformed our living room. Additionally, he built a coffee bar in our kitchen area, again working within our budget (and constantly changing wishes!). We found a live wood slab on kijiji that was in pretty rough shape. Victor cut it, sanded it, finished it, and mounted it and it looks stunning. I cannot recommend Steve and Timeline Journey Renovations enough. You will not be disappointed. The work is of the highest quality and, honestly, they are a group of really lovely people to collaborate with.

Steve and his team were all great, courteous help with our Reno. We asked him to install some lights in a decorative ceiling and they did a great job. They have also helped with a kitchen remodel a couple of years ago, and they came up with really creative solutions to challenges in the space and it looks great. I finally love being in my kitchen again! We asked a lot and they delivered! We ended up having a leak in our bathroom and Steve helped work through identifying the problem and finding the most affordable solution. He always has a helpful and positive attitude and comes when he says he will (or let's us know if he needs to cancel). I look forward to getting their help again on our next project!

Steve was polite and professional throughout. He checked in and kept me updated on the work and problem solved when we ran into a snag on the original plan on account of the deck layout. Steve and Victory are great. Back in March I had them do my downstairs bathroom for a more "spa" bathroom. They were professional every step of the way. They were tidy and cleaned up each evening after work. It was such a great experience that when I wanted to do my upstairs bathroom 6 months later I contacted them again. I reached out to Steve again for the reno. The second bathroom turned out wonderful too. Highly recommend, they are great working with you to get exactly what you want/picture.
