I was weary about purchasing a hot tub from the home show, but after reading some reviews from premium wholesale I felt reassured I was dealing with a company I could trust. The hot tub was delivered on time, and the electrician was having issues getting things up and running. One quick phone call later we had things going. They were so helpful and offered solutions instead of excuses. It was such a pleasure to have that level of customer service, especially over the phone last minute. If you're thinking about buying a hot tub I would highly recommend dealing with premium wholesale, one very happy customer here.

we have now had our tub for over a year with no problems. Any time I go in to purchase chemicals or take in a water sample for testing the service has always been very friendly and I usually leave new tips to assist with maintain my tub. Glad I picked the store on Manitou Drive in Kitchener for my purchase.

We had a leak in the tub and Christian came out to fix it. He was very professional, knowledgeable and made sure the leak was fixed before he left. I.would definitely recommend premium wholesale to anyone looking romping have a swim or hot tub.

Our pump went out on our hot tub and the service manager Chris was excellent to deal with. Very fast and efficient service on site when our pump failed and it was replaced at a good price and we were still able to use our tub all summer.
