Hot tub

Had a great experience at Premium Wholesale Home & Leisure shopping for and buying a new hot tub. Their staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and not pushy to make a sale. After shopping through all the others stores in the area this was the only place who explained the therapeutic difference in jet size. Their products have the latest and greatest features and then some. Im impressed with how their Master Spas have incorporated magnetic therapy into the tub we chose which sets them above all the others stores Ive checked out. I also like the collage of some customers installations, nice touch.
I would recommend Premium Wholesale Home & Leisure to anyone looking for a hot tub.

The salesman was not honest with us , telling us is was ready to plug and play when it was not and with no cable ( had to pay for a electrician ) and no cover , that was delivered later
But the customer service is really Great

Sorry that happened Ginette. We've addressed this with the salesman and appreciate your understanding. He was not aware that even though this spa model can run 110v it is not configured to that. I'm glad we could work it out and hope you are enjoying your new hot tub!!

Great customer service and advice for water care

We are new to owning a hot tub in our backyard. We are very happy with our purchase and also the after sales service from Premium Wholesale. Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They respond to my questions on water care with great patience and coach me every step of the way. We came a long way from knowing nothing about water care for our hot tub to being able to take care of it with confidence. We wish to credit Premium Wholesale's staff or their patience and clear advice. We certain recommend their service to any new hot tub buyers.

Fastest Hot tub sold record !

Walked in and met Jonathan …. 20 minutes later we walked out to the back yard and I bought a hot tub …. In Inventory !!! Wow . Installation Nov. 24 vs May 2022!!! Now thats customer service !!!
