We contacted Limzak Environmental, upon discovering the presence of mold in our
basement. The inspector identified a crack in the foundation as the mold source. We
were highly impressed with the professionalism and timely manner in which Limzak
completed this restoration project. They were also helpful in referring a foundation
contractor who did an excellent job as well. Highly recommended.

during a routine home inspection for the sale of our home, the inspector found mold in
the attic. The home was sold conditionally as long as we corrected the problem. This
was a shock to us as we don’t have health problems and didn’t even realize it existed.
We then contacted Limzak Environmental Services. The quote was very reasonably
estimated. The work was done efficiently and with no real disturbance to our day to
day living in the home. Workers were polite and kept our home clean while they were on
the premises. Our house is now sold thanks to Limzak.

We suspected mold in an upstairs bedroom, so called a few companies to investigate it. Two came out including Zack. He was very thorough in his investigation, and was able to accommodate us by getting a crew to us within a few days. His staff were very polite, they did a great job and cleaned up very well when they were done. They ran a drier in the room for a few days, and then returned to coat the exposed wood with a mold inhibitor and to get their equipment. Overall a good experience, especially since it could have become very stressful if not handled well.

I have asked Limzak to perform environmental analysis after basement flooding and initial remediation. Zach who was leading the team was very responsive, professional, conducted environmental analysis that I was able to use in my dealings with Insurance Company. They provided me with balanced assessment and cost options prior to starting the work. I give Limzak crew a perfect score for the job well done.

I contacted Limzak based on the reviews on Homestars and decided to used them after speaking with Zack to do some Mould removal in an Attic for a house in Ajax. Dealing with Zack from Limzak was an excellent experience. The first time I call him he showed up on time and on schedule the next day to review the work involved. We discussed the details around the mould remediation process for the Attic and he was very knowledgeable. He showed up again on schedule on his start date and did an excellent job. Zack was professional and great to work with and appear to be the most honest and genuine compare to the other contractors I spoke to. During the job whenever I call him he either pick up or call back within the hour. I would definitely recommend Limzak.

After the July 8th flooding, I called 15 companies until I reached Limzak. Everyone was busy, and so was Limzak, but they promised to help us out as well. A crew of 7 people came to our home and worked non-stop to clear the water damaged property and articles. I had to actually suggest they take a break because they were working so hard! They asked me to place a coloured piece of adhesive tape on everything that I wanted to keep, which saved them time and ensured they did not remove the things that should stay. The entire crew were extremely respectful of what we were going through. The crew were clean, very well organized, thorough, and it was clear they were very good at their jobs. The owner, Zack was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable about mould remediation and restoration. I recommended Limzak to my insurance company and at least 5 other clients were serviced by them afterwards. Limzak are the best. If you want a company to take care of your business in an expeditious way, call them. You won’t be disappointed.

Zak was extremely helpful during this difficult time this past July 2013 when many Canadians were affected by floods. Most companies were making promises in terms of wait time,but none actually came through. Zak managed to fit me into his busy schedule, and started work right away. I have since recommended him to several other people who were extremely happy with his remediation services. I wouldn't even consider calling another company! Zak was available 24/7 if I had any questions or concerns. Highly recommended!!!!!

Following the terrible flooding in Toronto in July 2013 my insurance company informed me it would take at least 6 days for their contractor to begin work on my basement that was under 4 to 5 inches of water. When asked, the insurance company was pleased to give me the go-ahead to find my own restoration company. Based on an excellent rating in HomeStars I called Limzak. They returned my call promptly, came out the same day to check out my basement and asked me to send them photos so they could determine how to proceed. Early the next morning the owner Zack and a fantastic crew arrived bright and early to begin packing up 25 years worth of stuff from my now flooded, fully furnished, fully finished basement. The crew worked fast, was SO polite and responsive to each of my requests. Unbelievably within the next 3 days they had packed up my basement, removed all the damaged furniture and belongings, removed the water, the wet carpets, and were well on the way with removing drywall, paneling, the sub-floor etc. Most importantly Limzak removed the wet contents and walls etc. BEFORE mold could invade my home! I had a dry basement, disinfected and sprayed to prevent mold growth while others in a similar position were still waiting to hear back from their insurance. Zack was here each day checking and directing as needed and was always responsive to phone calls and emails. He is knowledgeable and ready to answer questions. I cannot comment on the cost as Limzak is dealing directly with my insurance company. Limzak literally bailed me out, provided fast, efficient service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in a similar situation. They turned what could have been a nightmare into a manageable albeit huge project.

Limzak is the best company on this area. They repaired my old house. I also take this repair service from two other company earlier. But, it was not long lasting. Limzak repaired before a month and still its ok . I am highly satisfied with their service . And would like to recommend them to others.
