Eve has helped us to prepare our home for sale. We’ve contacted her a couple of months before putting the house on the market. She has provided helpful advice, helped to select paint colors and suggested accessories to invest into the look of the house. After we finished our preparations, Eve came back with the new furniture and accessories to finish the transformation. We were amazed with the end results. Our apartment stood on the market for 4 months because I thought it was clean, empty, newly painted and polished with super upgrades. We were misinformed that staging costs the earth and so with our low budget we just picked some new Ikea items, and placed them to the best of our knowledge. It did bug our minds each month as we kept dropping our sale price and as the sellers’ market time started overlapping Christmas holidays. Finally our realtor came to our rescue and said he would lend the funds but we must stage it to sell fast. When he rang and said Eve has seen the place and has just sent us her quote, I was scared to open my mail. But then I thought, Oh Well! This wonderful agent came out of her way for us on a Sunday and is ready to stage it on a war footing, I must step in with equal jest. So I opened my mail with a deep breath, and Lo! Behold she was so reasonably priced. Also empathetic of our situation (she had waived the consultation fee as well). Oh! My God what had I done to deserve her? who is she? Why did Sam not tell me about her earlier?
While I was still battling these queries she had already got some furniture and items into the apartment. Here too she met us like a rescue flight team. The elevator needed two weeks advance notice for booking, and things were to be snuck in with the help of the concierge and my daughter. It had to be done before admin staff came in at 9 am. She called the movers and came herself and I am sure it was her helpful spirit that all came in order. The admin staff came an hour earlier and instead of being a hindrance they waived the green flag as a onetime helpful gesture. My daughter’s classmate also came along and helped the movers. Within an hour she was already half way into staging the apartment.

That evening I received photographs that made me cry. I had never seen what potential my apartment had and it was dressed to go for the queen’s ball. Eva had proven to .be the fairy in charge, and she had still another surprise for us, she further reduced the service cost using items that were in the apartment. Thank God I was not in the city, because if you could have felt the big hug I sent you eve your slender form would be hurting. God Bless you!! Our Apartment got multiple offers within the week and sold at 99% of the listed price. Hooray!!!! And congratulations to you for all your fruitful efforts.
You are not just a highly talented staging agent you are empathetic, understanding of clients unique conditions and helpful beyond the call of duty. I decided to hire an interior decorator to help me design my new condo. After interviewing several designers, I chose Eve from Studio 74 to help me create my new dwelling, and I’m very glad I did. I know that I’m a hard client to deal with, and Eve went above and beyond my expectations. She picked up on my personality type and reflected it well in the design. I’m very pleased with the end result! My guests tell me how nice my condo looks and ask me who helped me decorate it. Eve’s prices are very reasonable, and I’m happy to have worked with her. Eve has helped me to stage my home for sale. She did an incredible job transforming my house into the buyer’s dream. She has provided us with helpful advice on paint color selection and smaller renovations that has completely changed the look of our house. We haven’t even considered to make smaller changes to our house, such as changing our dated carpet on the staircase. We staged our Leaside home with Eve and we were very pleased we did! She completely transformed the look of our home with her choice of furniture and accessories. She used modern pieces to stage our home, and although initially concerned how this would work in our more traditional home, the final appearance was fantastic. She gave us options in terms of number of items of furniture to include and varying quotes. She used some of our own furniture in order to stay in budget, and it worked very well. She is prompt to reply to emails, and was on time with the staging and removal of furniture. Would highly recommend.
