Dan and Ed were great! Dan had good ideas and didn't skirt around any details - he worked with integrity and if anything, he put in more effort than was committed to. Full reno completed, under the committed timelines. All ceilings and walls of the main floor. Dan is an excellent communicator and is very friendly. Unlike some contractors we've worked with, who swear a lot or get frustrated, Dan stayed calm and easy the entire time. I highly recommend this team not just because their work is excellent, but because they're really nice people.

Dan and his taper Ed were experts in getting the work required done for us. Dan offered some very helpful suggestions, and because of his insight, expertise, and attention to detail, our renovation turned out great. Ed also proved to be a very skilled and efficient person. He did an outstanding job resurfacing the walls and repairing cracks to blend in with the rough texture of the existing walls. We were very impressed with the outcome. It was a pleasure to deal with them and we wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Dan did an outstanding job of completing the drywall installation, along with Craig on the taping of our Basement. Dan was very accommodating, making helpful suggestions, on the window trim finishes, shower nook suggestions, closet door heights and cable wiring for a wall mount tv, things that without his advise would have resulted in unforeseen issues later. He even when so far as install the left over drywall in our unfinished storage portion of the basement. A true professional, a pleasure to do business with, We would highly recommend Dan for any drywall projects and will definitely be using him for future projects.

Dan was excellent. He just seemed very interested in doing the job right. He ended up having to fix more things than were originally visible (my home is very old), but dan made the final project perfect. Dan was also very personable, and spoke to my wife and I in a way we could understand. We were fully pleased with the work he did. I won't hire anyone else.

We've been very happy with Dan and his team. First contractor ever to show up on time, complete the job within the timeline agreed upon with great attention to detail. Not to mention, we asked for soundproofing and these guys went above and beyond, the walls they built are the most soundproof ones in our home! We had several quotes for the job, but only Dan could get it in done in the time we needed, and that these days is priceless. Fantastic work, guys! We'll call again for any of our drywall needs in the future.

It's been such pleasure to have Dan and his team to install drywall in my basement and prepare it for painting. After we agreed on pricing we set-up timing to do this project and everything went according to the plan. Due to flood two feet height from the floor drywall was removed. They were able to match installed drywall with original so that after taping was done difference couldn't be noticed. Ed the taper did great job.
Dan and his team showed professionalism, skills and dedication to make the client happy at the end.

We recently had the great pleasure of working with Dan and his team on a two phase project involving removal of drywall and framing for an interior basement waterproofing job, and reinstallation of new drywall afterwards.
Dan is a true gentleman and a master craftsman. His very competitive quote included all materials and labour to first remove the old water-damaged drywall, vapour barrier, insulation and framing; the careful removal of outlets and existing upper cabinetry; and the removal and disposal of all debris in preparation for the interior waterproofing process. Phase 2 included reframing the new walls and reinstalling outlets, new batt insulation (R-12), vapour barrier and water/mould resistant drywall; tape/finishing and sanding the drywall ready for primer; as well as reinstalling our existing cabinets and once again removing and disposing of all debris. Dan even generously helped us remove the old damaged wall-to-wall carpeting and took it away for us.
As we were coordinating the work of two contractors on this job, Dan was very flexible with timing and helped us schedule the whole job seamlessly.
We highly recommend Dan for this kind of work, and he would be our first call for any reno jobs we may have in future.
