I was extremely pleased with the service provided by OFC. I was preparing my house for sale and needed immediate work done on its foundation to repair an existing crack and remove on old underground electrical conduit. My dedicated project manager was able to rearrange his team’s schedule to complete the work ahead of the expected time. Throughout the process, the OFC workers demonstrated professionalism and were friendly and courteous. The manager answered all my questions as the work was being performed. In addition to the excellent labor, OFC’s transferrable warranty gave me the confidence that the next home owners would be protected from any future problems.

When we moved to Embrun last summer, we knew we had work to do on the inside of our new home. However, when spring came and the snow melted, we realized we had a bigger issue outside: our foundation. The walls had nine cracks with one being fairly large, half of them currently leaking and the other half had leaked at some point. It was a very bad dream.

We knew that foundation work doesn’t come cheap but we also couldn’t ignore it. I started calling and emailing for estimates. One of the places I contacted was Ottawa Foundation Contractors (OFC). From the first call I felt like I found someone who finally cares and doesn’t just want our money.

After having different companies in with different solutions, it camedown to customer service and warranty. Your customer service was the best that I have encountered and I feel as if I have also built a friendship along theway. Your 25-year warranty also could not be beat. You and the staff gave us somuch confidence that you knew exactly what to do to fix our problem properly once and for all.

I’d like to give a big thanks to you personally for answering endless questions, treating me like more than just another customer, and somehowturning a very bad dream into as positive an experience as I could ask for considering our situation. You were always very open and truthful, which was abreath of fresh air. It didn’t end with you though because everyone that we dealt with at OFC, from the estimator to the project manager to the workers, were always very polite and professional.They backed up all of your promises and their level of customer service isalmost next to none in my opinion. If we ever need work done in the future, I know exactly who I'll be calling.

Amazing company to deal with. General Manager just makes it work. Honest and fair. Yes, there were a few hiccups along the way, but everything was dealt with very professionally. Worth every penny.
