WOW Snow Removal

We have used them for several years now. At one time we stopped using them but went back to them last winter, the service has improved. We will use them again this winter. They should always be aware that sometimes a community close by might only get a sprinkle of snow where a neighboring community could get somewhat more snow.

I found this group on the internet while searching for snow removal. By and large the snow is removed very well. Some operators are better than others, but most are excellent. This past winter we were very satisfied.

We found a flyer in our mail advertising snow removal. We have a seasonal deal with them. Last year we had a lot of snow and they did a great job. In the beginning, years ago, they forgot us a couple of time, so we had to call. However, it is all good now. We will use them again this year. I have referred them to others

I had a leak back in the winter of 2012-2013, I had called many businesses to come out and resolve my issue, and not a single roofing company wanted to go up and fix my roof, with my roof leaking into the master bedroom, I didnt know what to do. The following day I recieved a telemarketing call from WOW Roofing and insulation regarding Ice Damming, I couldnt be more relieved, I called them around 6 pm, and they were on the job within 20 minutes. They removed all the ice build up and repaired some shingles, and also inspected the soaked insulation that now had to be removed. They stopped the leak and made sure that my roof will tough out the winter. The first warm week of spring Tony and his crew came in and completely removed the insulation and resolved any mold issues, and did the complete roof within 3 days, with an amazing package deal that I couldnt get anywhere else. I got a top notch roof plus new insulation for far less compared to the price from a roofing company and a seperate insulation company combined.
This winter of 2013-2014 I decided to give them a shot at the Snowplowing service. Once again they couldnt of been beaten with their low price, this winter we only had a total of 11 snowfalls of 5cm or greater, and WOW Roofing came out over 20 times to make sure the lane way was kept clean at all times. My Neighbors are jealous as they paid 100$ more then me and got half the service from the other company. Awesome job guys, this company is A1 in my books!!!

On the recommendation of a friend, I called Tony at Wow Roofing to come deal with my roof issues. I had some leaks and with all the rain coming I needed someone ASAP. I needed my roof fixed and I was concerned about mould with all the water. Tony came promptly and was able to get to work right away. He fixed my roof and replaced all my mouldy insulation at a very reasonable cost. His crew was very professional and during the job he recommended doing extra work which he did without adding to the original price. He went well beyond what was expected. I called Tony to come replace some shingles that were broken and fix a leak in my roof. Tony showed up the same day I called him to give me a quote. He booked us in during a very busy time which was very impressive. I didn't expect him to come for at least a couple of weeks. They did a clean job and I was very impressed by their workmanship. we used wow because the original company who gave us a new roof did not do a great job. We needed someone to come and repair the damages as quickly as possible. We used wow and they were very reliable.

I had initially contacted Tony from WOW Roofing and Insulation a few years ago when I noticed damage to our shingles from the two downspouts from our roof. I ended up getting Tony to reshingle our roof this fall and also take out and replace the insulation in our attic too.

Let me tell you tell you how conscientious Tony is:

He came by our house in the night during a rain storm to ensure that the tarp he'd put on the roof hadn't blown off. He spent 2 hours tarping our house at the end of day 1 because he expected rain and didn't want the unfinished roof to get wet.

I've seen other roofers on our street show up at a larger house than ours at 7:30am and leave at 5:30pm that same day having completed the roofing job. Of course, they reshingle the roof over bare wood which is the cheap way and voids your shingle warranty. Tony on the other hand tar papers the whole roof and uses significantly more ice shield than is required by law. The other roofers on our street do the minimum. Tony goes the extra mile and a half. If you see a roof being reshingled over bare wood, you know the homeowners went cheap. Tony doesn't do this.

He's very knowledgeable, explains everything and helps you understand what you need to get done. He actually suggested that he repair our roof rather than replace the whole thing so he certainly didn't try to oversell us, Quite the opposite actually.

Another big thing Tony is big on is ventilation. Most houses have way too little ventilation. If your upstairs level gets super hot in the middle of the summer like ours does, it's because the attic isn't venting properly most likely because you have the same cheap little square vents on your roof that 99% of homes have. Tony got rid of our old inadequate square vents and installed two large high flow vents to help properly vent and cool the attic which will help to keep our home cool in summer. He also added two small vents on our garage to help vent our garage which also gets super hot in the summer.

Saw them online, called them and they were in and out the following week. Cleaned up pretty well after the boys we're done. No complaints. Removed all our old moldy attic insulation, got rid of the mold, put in new insulation and made sure out attic was properly ventilated.
