Rick Appliance Repair

Our fridge stopped working on the Saturday of the Victoria day long weekend. AC Appliance came out, quickly diagnosed the issue, found a part, and had everything up an running very quickly. Polite, efficient, honest, and great to do business with. Would recommend them without reservation for anyone looking for appliance repair.

It was fast and hassle free service. I called in, described the problem, sent pictures of stove and two days later Rick came with the replacement part and soon the stove was working like new. Thanks!

He was very professional and on top of things for example when we booked our appointment for him to come and fix my stove he asked specific questions and wanted information on my stove so he could come equip with parts!! I found this company on home star and called and left a message. Rick returned my call and booked an appt for the following day. He was on time, very professional and educative about what he was doing. He fixed my dishwasher right away and gave me options for the AC. I will be doing business with them again when and if I need something done. I would definitely recommend Rick.

My dryer was not heating up, I called Rick from Ac Appliance he asked for model and he came 3 hours later checked the dryer, found that the thermostat was gone, and he came with the part and he replaced it for a reasonable price $90. Thanks for the awesome work, Rick!

We contacted Rick of AC Appliance Repair on Friday about a dishwasher problem in one of our tenanted properties. Rick was very accommodating and was able to arrange an appointment for the next day. Although this was not suitable for our tenant, Rick was able to offer me 2 other days to choose from. Eventually we arranged Wednesday afternoon (at the request of the tenant).

He was prompt and was able to complete the repair in a very short period of time. Because I was not able to be present while the work was being done, Rick kept me updated by email throughout the day without being asked.

We have now used his services on 2 occasions and I would definitely recommend Rick from AC Appliance Repair without any hesitation.

Our circuit board went on our oven, Kitchenaid did not have the part, on back order. Rick sent it out to have it rebuilt, kept in touch with me and updated me as to when he would be getting it back. Rick is very honest, knowledgeable and courteous and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an appliace repair person. i was definitely not prepared to buy a new built in for $6000, Rick gave me options.
