A year and a half of our home Reno disaster from Steve at Aspire. Doesnt pay trades - who knock on our door and are leaning our home. Weve given so much money - no lights, work not to code, no sinks, etc. NEVER use this contractor.

Not knowledgeable and very dishonest. Alway had to be micro managed because was consistently caught cutting corners and not doing the job properly. Steve is very misleading and is not to be trusted. If you decide to use this persons company make sure you pay when the work is complete and withhold a significant amount of money until the warranty end date. The warranty he promotes is worthless.

Used aspire renovations for a basement Reno/remodel. The quality of work was excellent and they were excellent to work with. Steve was very helpful with suggestions for finishes/layouts etc throughout the project and we are thrilled with the results.

Had Steve to do the basement, overall everything went well and he is very responsible.

They were very professional and respectful. They worked with us to renovate our main bathroom into a beautiful new space that worked with the rest of our home. I would absolutely recommend this company to others!

Steve was very thorough in going through our house and made us comfortable with this big purchase. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new home.

Very poor project management; actual billed was way over estimated; failed to finish project on time (estimated 4 to 6 months ended up not finished for over 10 months; was threaten to put lien on my house when I refused to pay for incomplete work);
failed to communicate details to the actual workers who finished the work; wrong timing to get different trades on site ended up costing almost double to correct issues (things were done in incorrect order); failed to engage quality workers (failed to finish work according to design); poorly finished work or even incomplete work; submitted case with BBB for incomplete roof work after a year the owner kept saying will come back, but still no show up to today (this is approaching 2 years after the roof was paid);

Do not go with this company! Steve's guys started our window replacement on May25th,2015, the progress is slow and steady at the beginning, but they worked very slowly after we paid them$9387 ( Steve wouldn't continue the work without prepay), and then Steve charged us again for the hours they worked. Finally last week they finished the work, it's October already, 6 months delay!!! The due date on contract is June3,2015, this company ruined our Spring holiday, Summer holiday and several long wknds. And Steve charged us $5908.66 extra for the delay( they had to fix their poor finish) which I should charge him. The final work is not very good now, just ok to bear, I really regret choosing this company, not only because of the work they finish, but also there is no bottom line, you will never know how much extra Steve will charge you!!! Steve and his crew did a great job of taking out some exterior wall that were old and built of cinder block and single pane windows.

New wall with all it's new framing, insulation, electrical and windows install is just fantastic.
