Called at 5 one evening and they arrived the next morning. Fixed two clogged toilets thanks to Ted and Gary. Also gave some helpful suggestions regarding our toilets as they need to be replaced. Friendly, helpful. 10 stars!

I noticed one of my hot water tanks was leaking. The plumber I had previously used wasn't available so I tried calling Ted. I had him replace water heaters. I've since had him back to install a new kitchen faucet. Prompt and professional service on both occasions. He is now my first call for any plumbing issues.

We have recently undergone a major renovation at the house and needed to get our City water meter moved to make it more convenient. In addition, we required what turned out to be a minor repair to our clawfoot bath tub. From the time we first contacted the company, we received prompt, efficient and friendly service and the job was completed quickly. We would definitely recommend Knight & Day to others.

From the on site estimate to the tub install and valve rough-in for both the master and main bathrooms, I was very satisfied with both the service and professionalism of Ted Knight and his technicians, Matt and Gary, and I was particularly impressed with the fair and competitive pricing for both the labor and materials estimate. The Altrek acrylic tubs that Ted suggested fully met my needs and Matt/Gary did a great job in installing them along with the rough in for the valves and copper feeds to the shower head and bath spout. Overall I am very glad that I contracted with Day and Knight.

Day & Knight team provided excellent service. I wasn't expecting such prompt service just prior to the Christmas holiday. They responded quickly & replaced the water heater in one day. The team was friendly & a pleasure to work with. They took the time, after installation, to walk me through the installation & lighting of the pilot. Would highly recommend Ted and team.

Ted, his wife and his staff have been amazing! We've been coming to him for plumbing work for several years now and he's always been punctual, honest - more to the point, his work is good and lasts.
