We phoned about 6 plumbers. This was the only one to not charge up front for coming to the house. Service was right on time, reasonable and efficient. Austin was personable and professional. We will be using this company again if needed.

Prompt service the day following the initial phone call. Excellent job completed in about 15 minutes. A competent, very nice nice man did the job. Pleasant to have in the home. My second time to use this company. Very satisfied.

Discovered a leak in our waterline.
Called Day & Knight plumbing in the morning they were here at 4:00 same day (it was not a dire emergency).
Austin was very good at calling to tell us exactly when he would arrive.
Completed the job thoroughly within 30 minutes.
Very pleased with the service and loved that there was no travel time charged.
Will very call this company again if needed.

I spoke with Linda on the Phone for a quote as I had time restraints, and could not have anyone out to give us a quote. Within 2 hours she had a quote for me.
I give a very high rating to Linda who answers the phone. She has the best Customer Service I have experienced here in Calgary.

You better keep this lady she is an assets to your company.

The plumber, Austin,that came out to plumb in the new toilet was also exceptional. He was very professional and provided again great Customer Service. He keep everything clean and tested the toilet many times making sure there was no leaks.

All I can say “WHAT A COMPANY”! I would recommend them to anybody.

I will use them again in the coming months.

Came home one evening to discover that I had no hot water. After investigating I discovered water leaking from my hot water tank. Ugh! I was so impressed with Day and Knight Plumbing! Even though it was in the evening, my call was answered right away by the nicest guy! They came by the next morning, first thing, and changed out my tank (which just happened to still be under warranty) and fixed everything up. They were courteous, professional and efficient. Thanks so much! I was very impressed!

We have been dealing with Ted and his team for many years. Always friendly, diligent, thorough and cost effective. Recently needed to replace our Grohe sprayer head in the kitchen as it was starting to wear out. Ted followed up with Grohe and was able to get us a replacement at no cost. Austin came to install the new sprayer head and re-secure one of our bathroom pedestals. He did a great job as always. Highly recommend this company for sure .........

The main stack in the basement as well as the drain pipe coming from the kitchen sink were cracked and leaking (due to shoddy renos in the past). Austin did an awesome job in a very cramped area ( had to cut a hole in the back of lower kitchen cupboard) and cut and replaced faulty joints and pipes. He worked efficiently and and explained everything to me. I would definitely call him again for any plumbing needs.

Classy firm. They admitted they had made a mistake by installing an unnecessary part (an understandable error as the problem was hard to diagnose). They reversed the charge, left the new part in place and fixed the original problem. All in one 30 below day. We had previously used this company to install a new water heater and were just as pleased with Paul and Austin this time as then. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I dealt with Paul, he was very courteous, very professional I would hire them again in a second. They gave me the correct quote, they also told me how to operate, how to fix it in case it gets clogged, just very helpful. Told me to call about any other questions I might have, Paul told me “information is free so don’t hesitate.”

Checked with a few plumbing companies in relation to cost. Found a couple very high prices, another with poor customer service to discuss toilets and one didn't even call back.

Talked with Ted got a estimated price that I was happy with that was more reasonable than all the others. Ted had the time to discuss different questions I had. Had a couple different calls and was always great to talk to. He found the toilets that I wanted at his suppliers and in stock so reserved them and called me to ok price, install, etc. Advised install price could change if there was any problems. The definitely worked around my schedule.

The crew sent over was absolutely excellent and very personable. Great guys to deal with. First toilet went on with no problems. The second one some issues based on the condo developers plumber not doing a good job at initial install with mounting ring gasket. Guys took their time to try some solutions to make it work and make sure toilet was straight unlike original developer's installer. They came to me with the best solution and most cost effective which I approved. Finished install with same great service.

Meet Ted the owner at the end and I have nothing but great things to say about this company from top to bottom. These guys do business the right way and the way business should be done.

Even with the trouble on the second install not to do with them but as mentioned above, Ted was more than reasonable with the additional price. This is top notch company and service. Thank you gentleman.
I have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody in need of a plumber. I am hoping I don't need one again anytime soon but this company's number is programmed in my phone if I do and will be the only call I make.
