Day & Knight helped me with a hot water tank that sprung a leak. I read their previous reviews and was comfortable selecting them. I wasn't disappointed. Everything was over and done within 4 hours of when I first placed the call. New Bradford and White tank better insulated than my last one.

Over the past few months, we have used Day & Knight to replace our kitchen garburator and hot water tank. We have also called on them for other plumbing and furnace repairs. In all cases, our expectations were met or exceeded.
Ted and Austin are very knowledgeable and are extremely professional. They always arrived on time and were very efficient and consistent in their level and quality of service. They took the time the explain the problem and the options available to correct it.
Would definitely call them again for our needs.

I contacted 3 plumbing companies, and decided to hire Day & Knight based on their Homestar reviews. I have found the reviews to be entirely justified. Day and Knight had to complete the work in two stages; they (Ted, and Austin) were v responsive, professional, prompt and provided excellent value for money. I'd most definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Their final cost was almost 2/3 LESS than what was quoted to me by one of their competitors!

Efficient, punctual and friendly workmanship. Austin arrived as promised and worked steadily without any waste of time. Having had a poor response from several plumbers in the Woodbine area I was very impressed with this company including the scheduler who answered the phone. I would make these plumbers my first plumbers of choice.

Outstanding customer service from Ted. After I had installed a replacement unit (which failed due to motor bearing issues), Ted diagnosed the problem and ordered/installed a new exhaust motor unit without any problems or issues. I have used Day & Knight previously to install new bathtubs in my main/master bathrooms and to replace my hot water tank and to install a new ball valve for the water shutoff to the house. They are reliable, competitively priced and thoroughly professional. Highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing/heating service!

I called Day & Knight after my gas company could not come out to install an outdoor natural gas hookup for my new barbecue. The owner assigned Austin to my job. Austin may be young, but man, he is a true professional. Not only was the estimate reasonable, but the work was done in less time than estimated, so I paid less. Austin soap-tested all connections three times, thoroughly, and stayed to ensure not only that the barbecue worked, but that it was set up for optimal performance. I will DEFINITELY use Day & Knight again, and heartily recommend them to anyone looking for a prompt, efficient, reasonable and professional gasfitter.

They came in to take a look at our water heater. Turns out the heater started working again when they checked it. However after talking to the guys I decided to change the whole heater set up. They offered several options and provided pricing for each. No pressure to buy, and I found them helpful and upfront. They answered all my questions and were done in about 3 hours. Very happy with the service.

they were very friendly and at the end showed me pictures of what the water looked like? there work was very good . they explained how they flushed the boiler ? that was nice that they explained how they did the flush ?

Ted and Austin gave us same day/same hour service, expert service, fast, friendly, highly recommended, we are repeat customers. We intend to have them back for furnace service.

Austin introduced himself with a smile, and upon seeing our sink, he assessed the problem quickly with precision accuracy. No fuss, no muss. In his quiet, dignified way, Austin was respectful of our home as well as the job at hand. He improved upon our existing plumbing, both in terms of the quality of the work, and the materials used.
