I ordered a door and two windows in June of 2013 for a install within 4-6 weeks, in September nothing had been done and I started to inquire, finally they have me a install date at the start of October, no one ever showed up. I started to ask for my deposit to be returned and never got any response, so since then I have been trying to resolve this thru the bbb but have had no luck and have not gotten any further correspondence from the company. Don't deal with this company and certainly don't give them a deposit. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a Ottawa contractor. Please be cautious the deal may seem good but after a couple months chasing them you may have a different opinion. Don't deal with them under any condition!

We ordered a door from this company in June 2012, and were told that installation would occur between 4-6 weeks.
After 8 weeks had passed, we contacted them, and were told that there was a mix up in Purchase Order numbers, and that our door was accidentally sent to the wrong city, and that it would be 2 more weeks untill install. 3 weeks later, we called and were told that installation would be in another week and were given an installation date. On the installation date, we were called and told that our door was dammaged in transit, and that we'd have to wait an additional 3-4 weeks. One month later, we called to see about a new install date, and we were told it would be 1 more week, and we were again givin a firm install date. On this second confirmed install date, a crew showed up with the wrong sized door. We called and were told that they'd look into it. 3 days later, they called us back and informed us that it would be 3 more weeks until our new door could be delivered. We decided that enough was enough, and requested our deposit back. We were granted a refund on October 3, and three weeks later, we still have not received our deposit back.
We've called the company and asked about our refund, and all they can say is that the cheque was mailed. Avoid this company.
